We are currently seeking for a Back Office Assistant to proide administrative support ans assist in the daily managment of our internat activities. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handing digital tools and perdomring administrative tasks efficiently.

Key requirements:

• Back Office Functions: Administrative support, organization, and efficient management of internal tasks and processes.
• Proficient in Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, with speed and agility in task execution.
• High proficiency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Dutch, Nordic languages, or any additional languages is a plus.
• Multilingual Advertising: Ability to manage advertising campaigns in multiple languages, adapting messages for different markets.
• CRM Management: Uploading and managing properties in CRM systems.
• Photography and video editing.
• Experience in managing social media profiles.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or digital design significantly boosts your chances.
