Today Griffith Foods Europe has a vacancy for a talented Food Technologist with experience in functional seasonings for meat & poultry at our site in Tarragona, Spain.

Your Role :

Support the R&D activities and responsibilities that:

• Will contribute to the growth of our product range and customer base
  
  

Support the development of new products for our targeted customers

• Act as the technical contact for our customers in Continental Europe
• Develop presentations, organise and execute workshops and train the customer showing our products in applications & marketable formats, in cooperation with sales and marketing
  
  

Create innovative seasoning & coating systems for protein based substrates

• Develop winning products and for meat and poultry to create winning new products
• Look actively for innovative raw materials and systems
• Conduct raw material evaluations
  
  

Your Profile:

• Master in Food Science or Technology or equivalent by proven experience
• Experience in development and application of functional seasonings for meat & poultry
• Experience in meat processing
• Language skills: fluent in Spanish and English
• Computer skills: MS Office
• Project Management skills
• Culinary experience is a plus
