This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kick-start their career in campaign management and digital marketing within an energetic and international environment. You will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to German-speaking markets, contributing to brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns targeting German-speaking audiences
• Support market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to design marketing materials and ensure timely campaign delivery
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to recommend improvements
• Contribute to content creation including social media posts, email marketing, and other promotional materials
• Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices relevant to German markets
  
  

• Fluent in German (written and spoken); knowledge of English and/or Spanish is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign management
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing software, and analytics tools is desirable
• Willingness to work in Barcelona and be part of a multicultural team
