Role Description

We are in search of a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, craft messaging around our SaaS offerings, and support our go-to-market strategy.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Customer Success teams to understand market trends and customer needs, develop clear value propositions for different customer segments, and produce impactful marketing and thought leadership content.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, an in-depth understanding of B2B SaaS markets, and proven expertise in the Pharma and Life Sciences sectors. You’ll be skilled in crafting messaging tailored to different buyer personas and excel at influencing cross-functional teams.
This position is for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop a well-defined value proposition (in collaboration with leadership) for primary customer segments and geographic markets. Define strategies for each segment and help guide the team’s go-to-market approach.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Establish key messaging that resonates with target audiences across multiple channels. Lead content development for thought leadership that builds brand authority.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with essential resources and tools (e.g., case studies, battle cards), collaborate with PMs to create training materials (e.g., videos, documentation, objection handling), and provide clear product descriptions.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product positioning and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Product Marketing roles with a clear understanding of the role within SaaS.
- Extensive experience in the Life Sciences or Pharma industry.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (experience with external writers is a plus; strong English proficiency required). Passionate about creating thought leadership content.
- Strong collaboration skills both within the organization (Product, Marketing, Sales, Leadership, and CSM teams) and with external partners (e.g., clients, thought leaders, academics).
- A hands-on, results-driven approach with a “get-it-done” mentality.
- Eagerness to grow the Product Marketing function and capabilities over time.
- Proficiency in key tools (PowerPoint, Word, Figma, Illustrator, HubSpot, etc.).
