Descripción

• Proficient in accounting, audits and financial analysis with exposure to tax and treasury.
• Strong accounting, financial and business acumen experienced in leading a diverse accounting/finance organization.
• Deep understanding and familiarity with US GAAP and experience with over-time revenue recognition.
• Experience managing a full-service international accounting organization with direct reports across many locations and time zones in close cooperation with regional leadership.
• Ensure month-end is closed accurately in accordance with established deadlines and standards.
• Monitor cashflow requirements for smooth operation supporting Corporate Treasurer's cash planning needs.
• Ensure accounting procedures are adhered to while meeting fast-paced deliverable schedules.
• Work closely with Corporate Accounting to drive process efficiencies in daily tasks, the close process, and in the identification of process improvements through automation, leveraging systems and in the cross training of employees including improving the accounting system functionality.
• Own the region's general ledger, prepare and review journal entries, arrange and manage account reconciliations/analysis for balance sheet and income statement accounts with account owners.
• Support preparation of regional and entity-specific detailed monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements and analysis.
• Assist with forecast and planning processes as necessary.
• Coordinate annual local and statutory audits through thorough understanding of audit workpapers while working closely with accounting and operations groups.
• Work with the Corporate Controller and accounting teams on any system or internal controls changes.
• Support other projects as needed.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited University; Advance degree and/or accounting certifications preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position as a Finance Controller or Finance Manager.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, using multi-discipline approaches with Microsoft Office and ERPs.
• Prior public accounting experience with a strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Ability to multitask, reprioritize, and work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High English level.
