We are currently searching for a motivated German Speaking Customer Service representative to join our client's team in Greece. This role offers full relocation support, allowing you to experience the vibrant culture of Greece while utilizing your language skills in a professional setting. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer requests


Requirements

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) with strong English skills
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the role
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
