Company needs


To support our recently created Corporate Supply Chain & Operations team we are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support the shaping and delivery of the most strategic supply chain transformations across the different business units of the organization.


The focus for this position is on end-to-end supply chain transformations from the strategy and operating model to the re-engineering of processes, organization, technology and analytics to support next generation planning with high business value


Position Summary

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development and driving the execution of an integrated demand and supply planning strategy, assuring that local business units’ demand meets supply capabilities in order to achieve desired service levels and inventory targets, maximizing group´s profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive, monitor and own demand planning process

o Consolidate demand planning across all business units

o Build monthly / quarterly forecast accurate board reports

o Process, tools and algorithm improvement

• Inventory monitoring

o Monitor safety and cycle stocks

o Optimize working capital

o Consolidate inventory needs across all business units

o Engage with Procurement and Logistics teams in order to anticipate potential impacts on inventory

o Inventory processes improvement

• Portfolio optimization (at business units and consolidated level)

o Periodic tracking of SKUs financial KPIs

o Drive underperforming SKUs rationalization and reinvigorate top SKUs

o Consolidate and harmonize SKUs across all business units

o Support all business units on new SKUs process creation

• Order Management process monitoring and improvement

• Support on building ad-hoc reports

• Ensure value realization through performance measurements/KPIs monitoring and corrective actions implementation.
