As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the digital customer experience for Vodafone Business, focusing on the in-life journey of customers purchasing Beyond Connectivity products. You will lead the evolution of the Service Console, driving its integration across local market digital channels and expanding its capabilities to support SME, Enterprise, and MNC segments.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, digital experience, and business strategy, ensuring that our platforms and capabilities align with the broader Vodafone Business Growth Agenda. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Local Markets, Digital First, UX Design, and Product Managers, to deliver seamless digital experiences and drive transformation globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Service Console evolution from MVP to a fully integrated experience within Vodafone’s Product Hubs.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of the Service Console into all relevant Local Market Digital Channels.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing customer, market, and product-specific requirements to maximize ROI.
- Develop and enhance common design and integration standards under the COSMOS framework to improve customer experience and reduce deployment time.
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to continuously refine and optimize the platform.
- Build and manage key stakeholder relationships across Group, Local Markets, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Digital Product Management experience.
- Experience with Digital tools, digital capabilities and Web front end design principles
- Customer and User Experience Design experience
- Confident and influential communication skills with the ability to effectively present to individuals and groups at all levels, and into various countries.
- Advanced English level.
