As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for several key aspects of human resources management within our company.

• Managing the internal recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to selecting candidates.
• Ensuring successful onboarding of new employees
• Managing administrative processes related to human resources, including employee documentation, leaves, performance evaluation, etc.
• Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Providing support to employees on HR-related issues

The ideal candidate will possess :

• A degree in human resources or in a related field
• A demonstrated experience in a similar role
• A knowledge of the labor laws and best practices in HR
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
