Buscamos Project Manager para el Atlético de Madrid que refuerce su Departamento de Tecnología y Sistemas. Serás clave para liderar proyectos de infraestructura tecnológica, centrados en grandes espacios y sistemas técnicos avanzados.
Tu labor principal será la ingeniería y gestión de proyectos que integren múltiples áreas: sistemas avanzados de infraestructura audiovisual (soportes LED de gran formato, sistemas de producción de vídeo IP, megafonía espectacular y de evacuación, IPTV, cartelería digital, entre otros), así como el despliegue de redes y cableado estructurado que soporten las operaciones de estos sistemas. Además, será fundamental gestionar tecnologías relacionadas con la seguridad integral, como CCTV, control de accesos, tornos de acceso público, sistemas de alarma e intrusión, y plataformas PSIM, asegurando una integración técnica.
Requisitos:
- Sólidos conocimientos en sistemas audiovisuales y de producción de vídeo (vídeo sobre IP, protocolo NDI, pantallas LED, sistemas de sonido).
- Conocimiento técnico avanzado en redes y cableado estructurado.
- Experiencia con sistemas de seguridad: CCTV, sistemas de control de accesos, intrusión, PSIM.
- Perfil transversal, con capacidad de coordinar entre equipos técnicos y áreas de infraestructura.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y alta capacidad de organización para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Fundamental buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Experiencia demostrada en la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.

Role overview
We are seeking a skilled Associate Product Manager to work alongside our Product Manager to build the next-gen AI automation platform. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, excel at translating complex customer needs into product features, have minimum technical knowledge, and be passionate about the world of AI.
As AI is evolving rapidly, you should be comfortable with a steep learning curve, eager to develop expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud services, and automation. Imprescindible
- Titulación superior en ADE, Ciencias Económicas, Marketing o similar.

Your role
As a Product Manager,
- Prepare the promotion and development plan for the ranges for which you are responsible, in collaboration with the marketing manager
