Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Sales Engineer for Access Control, Video and Integrated Command&Control Solutions. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers, driving sales engineering processes, and managing technical sales activities. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, offering technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Possess skills in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Experience in providing Technical Support and Solutions
- Strong Communication skills
- Effective Sales skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the security industry is a plus
- Proficient in English, Spanish and preferably Italian
