Your Career Opportunity
In this exciting new career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer on full-time hours and working from home remotely.
As a Sales Engineer, you'll have a direct impact on assessing client needs, translating technical requirements into actionable solutions, enhancing the sales process, and supporting onboarding to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Collaborating with our Engineering and Sales Implementation teams, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for integrations within the Engineering department and project delivery teams
- Analyse technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions and document technical specifications for integrations
- Drive software engineering excellence, maintaining proficiency in tools, best practices, and processes
- Manage work items, ensuring accurate status reporting and adherence to timelines
- Support integration partner onboarding, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support to stakeholders in communications
- Contribute to continuous improvement in integration processes, methods, and deployment of features and fixes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on customer results and technical expertise
- Cloud service providers and technologies (AWS)
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and/or Kanban
- Advanced level of English
- Integration methods - SCORM, xAPI, SAML, LTI, SSO
- C# (.NET and .NET-Core)
- JavaScript (Node, React)
- SQL
- Desired skills: Atlassian Suite, Azure, GCP, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CI/CD, Jenkins, TestRail

Job Description
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the sales process, acting as the technical bridge between potential customers and the ReviewPro platform. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and ensure that our solutions align with the customer’s business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in showcasing the value of ReviewPro’s solutions to hoteliers worldwide (Hotel Reputation, Guest Surveys, Case Management and Guest Communications).
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support & Solution Consulting
- Act as the technical expert in client engagements, supporting the sales team in positioning ReviewPro’s products effectively.
- Participate discovery calls to understand client requirements and align them with ReviewPro’s solutions.
- Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations showcasing the value of AI-driven review response, reputation management, guest surveys, and messaging.
- Address technical questions and concerns from prospects and customers.
- Support RFP/RFI responses by providing technical and functional expertise.
- Stay up to date with ReviewPro’s product developments, and industry trends in guest experience technology.
- Develop deep knowledge of competitor solutions and articulate ReviewPro’s unique value proposition against them.
- Translate complex technical features into business benefits that resonate with hospitality clients.
- Collaborate with internal product and development teams to relay customer feedback and potential feature enhancements.
Must-Have:
- Experience in the Hospitality or SaaS Industry – Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest feedback management, and hospitality technology.
- Technical Acumen – Ability to explain APIs, integrations, and product functionalities to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to present complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Presentation & Demonstration Skills – Comfortable delivering product demos to audiences of different levels, from hotel managers to corporate decision-makers.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to analyze customer challenges and propose practical solutions with ReviewPro’s technology.
- Fluent English
- Familiarity with AI-driven guest feedback & automation technologies.
- Understanding of PMS, CRM, and other hotel tech systems.
- Previous experience in working with RFPs and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (a plus for global markets).

- Elaboración de calendarios de proyectos y estudios de costes.
