Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be accountable for the planning, execution, analysis, optimization, reporting and budget control of our paid traffic activities in our international markets. In the role, you will be working with Google and Facebook Ads, as well as utilising GA4 to analyse data further. You will incorporate testing and data as a daily part of your job to improve lead volumes, lead quality and the return on investment.

Duties:

• Responsible for managing our online lead acquisition channels (mainly paid search and paid social) in several markets and contribute to the strategy of the performance marketing team.  
• Optimization and creation of paid search, paid social, retargeting and display campaigns for multiple markets while working towards defined KPIs and targets. 
• Manage medium to large-sized budgets and leads forecast based on performance and to ensure the delivery of objectives. 
• Monitor campaigns’ results to identify potential issues and opportunities 
• A/B testing on landing pages, copy, market segmentation, bid optimisation... to improve performance.
• Stay up to date with paid acquisition best practices and market trends, with an eye on new channels and competitor actions.
• Work together with our Content and Design teams to produce great performance materials and assets (banners, videos, landing pages). 
• Implement optimisations across all accounts to improve performance and efficiency.  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar
• Google Ads certification will be a plus  
  
  

• Some experience in performance marketing, with strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads managing accounts for different markets. 
• Good understanding of the digital paid acquisition landscape: paid search, paid social, retargeting, affiliates and performance display. 
• Technically savvy; exposure and ability to quickly learn and use new digital tools and platforms and to leverage on digital insights. Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Data Studio is a plus. 
• You are a numbers person with very strong skills in Excel.
• Highly data driven
• Outstanding attention to detail 
• Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus. 
• Strong at problem solving 
• Proactive, with ability to work autonomously

As the Trade Marketing Coordinator you will support the Category Manager ensuring the smooth execution of marketing plans across multiple retailers, brands, and countries. This role requires a strong focus on data analysis, organisation, and coordination to meet deadlines and deliver effective trade marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Category Manager in coordinating and delivering cross-category trade marketing plans, assortment updates, promotions, and new brand launches.
• Gather, monitor, and analyse retail and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams.
• Collaborate with local managers and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory allocation.
• Validate and update customer price lists for various products, brands, and customers.
• Support the development of customer-focused planograms and regularly review assortment plans to ensure regional effectiveness.
• Coordinate updates and reports for key strategy meetings, product launches, retailer exclusives, update and brand reporting.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Trade Marketing, Category or Buying Assistant / Intern preferably within Beauty, Retail, or FMCG industries
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task with outstanding attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, together with a resilient character
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential with German being highly advantageous.

FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL:

Tu misión principal será implementar el plan de marketing anual propuesto (lanzamientos, promociones, campañas publicitarias, seminarios, eventos especiales y/o actividades de formación especiales o adicionales) en línea con los objetivos del holding y reportando al Country Marketing Manager.

OTRAS FUNCIONES:

• Supervisar el presupuesto anual de marketing asignado a su área terapéutica/marca, y monitorizar cualquier desviación.
• Supervisar y coordinar la creación de los materiales de marketing necesarios para poner en marcha las iniciativas previstas en el plan, con el fin de permitir que el proyecto se entregue en los plazos establecidos.
• Contribuir a la definición de planes de desarrollo a corto plazo.
• Analizar los datos de mercado de IQVIA y crear informes sobre los mercados de referencia.
• Compartir periódicamente los datos y análisis de marketing con Dirección.
• Apoyar al departamento de ventas en la definición de campañas promocionales periódicas y en el seguimiento de los resultados.
• Contribuir a la definición de previsiones de ventas anuales y periódicas para las marcas/áreas terapéuticas asignadas.
• Presentar iniciativas de sondeo y nuevos productos a la fuerza de ventas en reuniones trimestrales.
• Coordinar las actividades de marketing a todos los niveles.
• Crear, traducir y editar material y textos de apoyo a la red de ventas.

REQUISITOS:

• Estudios en ADE, Empresariales, Económicas, Marketing o similares
• Idiomas: Español nativo (inglés y/o italiano serán un plus)
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en las funciones solicitadas
• Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office (sobre todo Excel y PowerPoint)
