Buscamos un/a Senior Tech Lead para incorporarse a un grupo internacional líder en el sector de la aviación, con sede en Barcelona (modelo híbrido). Formarás parte del área de Ingeniería y Mantenimiento, sumándote a dos Tech Leads ya establecidos en Barcelona para liderar técnicamente un conjunto de productos digitales clave para la operación.

Es un rol que combina liderazgo de personas con un fuerte componente técnico: se espera que seas referente en arquitectura y que mantengas una base hands-on sólida, trabajando en un entorno enterprise con múltiples equipos interdependientes, pero con capacidad para moverse rápido y responder a las necesidades del negocio.

¿Qué harás?

• Liderar la arquitectura de los productos a tu cargo, diseñando soluciones junto a Delivery Directors y negocio
• Poner especial foco en los requisitos no funcionales: seguridad, fiabilidad, escalabilidad y rendimiento
• Liderar técnicamente a los perfiles tech de los equipos de producto (backend, frontend y Tech Leads), incluyendo contratación y onboarding
• Coordinar el trabajo entre múltiples equipos con dependencias entre sí en un entorno enterprise
• Definir estándares de ingeniería y buenas prácticas a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del software
• Impulsar la integración práctica de soluciones de IA (GenAI, ML clásico y algoritmos de optimización) dentro de los productos
• Colaborar con stakeholders de negocio para traducir necesidades en soluciones técnicas escalables

¿Qué buscamos?

• 10+ años de experiencia en ingeniería de software, con varios de ellos en roles de Tech Lead o arquitectura
• Experiencia demostrada en entornos enterprise: múltiples equipos, dependencias y gestión de stakeholders
• Sólida experiencia con Python (backend) y React (frontend)
• Comprensión práctica de cómo encaja la IA en el ciclo de desarrollo de software (GenAI, ML clásico, optimización). No es un rol de data scientist, pero sí requiere criterio técnico para diseñar productos que la incorporen
• Experiencia con entornos cloud, CI/CD y prácticas DevOps
• Liderazgo de personas combinado con un background técnico hands-on
• Experiencia participando en procesos de contratación y desarrollo de equipos técnicos
• Nivel de inglés profesional, imprescindible (entorno de trabajo en inglés)
• Disponibilidad para acudir a la oficina de Barcelona según modelo híbrido

Dans un contexte de passage de 4 à 6 squads, tu arrives en création de poste pour structurer, recruter et piloter 2 nouvelles équipes pluridisciplinaires dédiées à la conquête du marché US (acquisition, conversion, produit/infra).

• Scale & Build : Tu montes tes squads de A à Z (recrutements, onboarding, organisation).
• Impact Business & Produit : Tu considères le code comme un outil au service du produit. Tu travailles main dans la main avec le Product Management et la direction pour impacter directement les KPI business.

About The Role

As a ROC Technical Lead, you support the safe and efficient operation of advanced offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You play a key role across both commissioning and service phases, helping ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.

You work closely with site teams and engineering experts to detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in the wind energy sector
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situations
• Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication, calm structured approach under pressure, and a collaborative, proactive mindset
• Availability to travel up to 20% of the time, if required.

Desde Kiliia estamos buscando un Head of Engineering y futuro CTO para un proyecto insurtech en el que estamos trabajando.

Sobre el proyecto

Son la primera MGA española especializada en trabajar la confianza entre la empresa y el trabajador. Están construyendo el producto desde cero — tecnología, producto y regulación — con el objetivo de lanzar en enero 2027. Buscamos a la persona que lidere y construya toda la capa tecnológica de la compañía.

El rol

Como Head of Engineering / Futuro CTO liderarás el área de ingeniería y tecnología, definiendo junto al equipo fundador la visión técnica del producto y la arquitectura a largo plazo. En tu día a día coordinarás equipos de desarrollo, priorizarás el roadmap técnico, asegurarás la calidad del software y la entrega a tiempo de los proyectos. Colaborarás estrechamente con producto y negocio para alinear las decisiones técnicas con las necesidades de la empresa, y participarás en la selección de talento y en la construcción de una cultura de ingeniería sólida.

No buscamos a alguien que ejecute tareas. Buscamos al arquitecto técnico del proyecto: la persona que en 3-5 años sea el CTO de una compañía regulada con miles de pólizas bajo gestión.

Hoy el stack es React + Python + PostgreSQL. La arquitectura y las decisiones técnicas estratégicas serán tuyas.

Este es un puesto a tiempo completo, con modalidad híbrida. El puesto está ubicado en Igualada y parte del trabajo se puede realizar desde casa.

Lo que necesitamos

Obligatorio:

• Full stack real — frontend en React y backend en Python
• PostgreSQL y diseño de bases de datos relacionales
• Haber construido y llevado a producción al menos un producto digital desde cero
• Haber trabajado en startups, no solo en corporates
• Experiencia en proyectos de datos: modelado, optimización, analítica y modelos predictivos
• Usar IA en el día a día como herramienta de desarrollo — no como concepto, como práctica real
• Capacidad para comunicar ideas técnicas con claridad a perfiles no técnicos
• Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y herramientas de colaboración (Git, CI/CD, Jira)
• Entre 5 y 10 años de experiencia

• Experiencia en fintech, insurtech o healthtech

• Strong experience and proficiency creating, enhancing, and maintaining CI/CD processes and tools in Azure Pipelines.
• Experience driving change across organizations as it pertains to the culture of DevOps.

• Own the billing and accounts domain end to end: processing, billing, and pricing for a platform serving creators in 170+ countries
• Lead and grow a team of 5-6 billing engineers, with a clear path to scaling the team and structuring it around processing, billing, and pricing as the domain expands
• Deliver the billing roadmap through the end of the year, including completing a major migration of our pricing model
• Bring proven payments industry patterns and standards into Manychat, and raise the bar on how billing is designed, built, and operated
• Guide architectural decisions with your engineers: challenge designs, pinpoint risks, and keep proposals grounded in what actually works at scale
• Partner closely with our Product Director for Billing on making billing more scalable, and with Finance on tax and compliance initiatives
• Build transparency and healthy engineering practices in the team: clear ownership, visible progress, honest signals
• Prepare the domain to support new products and ventures that will build on billing and account capabilities
• Hire, develop, and coach engineers, and make the hard people calls when they’re needed

• First 3 months: you know the team, the systems, and the stakeholders. The roadmap is moving, and you have a clear-eyed view of the team’s strengths and gaps.

• Hands-on experience building and running billing, payments, or processing systems: subscriptions, pricing models, payment providers, invoicing, the whole territory
• That experience gained at a SaaS or self-serve product company of comparable scale, where customers sign up and pay without a sales rep holding their hand
• A solid engineering background: you no longer write production code day to day, but you speak the language fluently, review architecture with credibility, and spot a bad design before it ships
• Real people management mileage: you’ve hired, you’ve coached, you’ve handled underperformance, and you’ve made the difficult call to part ways with someone and done it with respect
• The ability to build relationships fast, with your team, with product and finance stakeholders, and with peers across engineering

• Liderar el diseño, desarrollo, despliegue e implementación de productos y plataformas orientadas a defensa y protección de infraestructuras críticas.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para analizar y definir requisitos técnicos que refuercen las capacidades de ciberdefensa.
• Evaluar soluciones y herramientas del mercado para mejorar e innovar el porfolio desde la arquitectura, el rendimiento y la funcionalidad.
• Supervisar y optimizar el desempeño de plataformas de ciberdefensa, implementando soluciones de consciencia situacional, monitorización y análisis de riesgos en el ciberespacio.
• Garantizar la compatibilidad de los productos con normativas de defensa y ciberseguridad, documentando procesos, configuraciones y análisis.
• Capacitar a los equipos operativos y realizar demostraciones de producto a clientes, modulando los mensajes según el nivel técnico de la audiencia.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a team of experienced engineers who focus on developing and maintaining the game client
• Design and implement new features in our game client, working collaboratively with other stakeholder teams to understand requirements and identify the best technical solutions
• Propose and implement improvements to our development processes, workflows and tools, to increase efficiency, quality and throughput
• Conduct pair programming, code reviews, 1-1’s and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance skills and build a strong development culture
• Work closely with QA to resolve bugs and deliver high-quality code for testing, contributing directly to the code base
• Be the quality gate for all code that goes into our game. Keep the team writing clean, efficient and optimized code
• Work with stakeholders to figure out and implement the best alternative technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Have technically led or managed a team (any size really)
• Proven ability to engage and motivate, to bring out the best in people
• Experienced being part of a professional development team working on game client features or other relevant areas
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
• Excellent experience working with multiple stakeholders in the development process - be able to understand their goals, and deliver/ evaluate various tech solutions to meet these
• Strong technical skills and experience in at least one of the following areas: game engines, rendering engines, networking, physics, AI, audio
• Excellent programming skills in C# or C++
• Experience in mobile and/or PC game development
• Experience with version control, build tools and deployment pipelines

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and trends
