Program Overview:
The Sanofi Graduate Program offers early talent a unique opportunity to kick-start their careers. As a member of our dynamic team, you will immerse yourself in our company culture, gain valuable insights, build a strong network, and develop an individual development plan. This 12-month full-time program is designed for individuals with a bachelor's degree.

Functions

-Be the privileged interlocutor in the plant in terms of communication, providing support to all areas that need it in promoting / sharing actions and information relevant to the operation and day-to-day running of the plant and accompanying the Management in streamlining and disseminating relevant information to the organization.

-Will be the interface between the communication teams of the subsidiary and the plant management, ensuring the coordination of common actions, and sharing the initiatives underway in both centers in search of new ideas and opportunities.

-You will be accompanied both by the communication experts of the subsidiary team and by your mentor at our industrial site in your development in the position.


-You will have the opportunity to participate in initiatives outside of the industrial site as part of your personal/professional development in the role.
