Misión del puesto:

La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar el mayor número de fallecimientos en las zonas asignadas, con foco en los tanatorios priorizados. Sus funciones principales incluirán la contratación de servicios con proveedores/as funerarios y la atención personalizada a las familias durante la prestación del servicio. Además, se encargará de gestionar incidencias y atender solicitudes extraordinarias que puedan surgir.

Funciones principales:

-Atender los servicios asignados a través del equipo de Centro de Atención Telefónica al Cliente, realizando visitas presenciales a las familias en los tanatorios designados.
-Garantizar la excelencia en la prestación del servicio, asegurando la satisfacción de las familias y resolviendo posibles incidencias.
-Gestionar servicios de especial interés desde el primer momento, ofreciendo atención inmediata y personalizada.
-Acompañar y asesorara las familias en todos los aspectos relacionados con el servicio funerario, demostrando empatía y profesionalidad.

Requisitos del perfil:

-Experiencia previa: Experiencia en atención al cliente, se valorarán conocimientos en productos de decesos y sector funerario.
-Formación: Bachillerato o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior. Otras titulaciones (grados, licenciaturas, diplomaturas) serán valoradas positivamente.
-Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo del paquete Office y herramientas ofimáticas. Experiencia en procesos dé prestación de servicios funerarios será un plus.
-Otros requisitos: Imprescindible contar con carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.

Condiciones del puesto:

-Contrato: Contrato indefinido.
-Horario: De lunes a domingo, de 10:30 h a19:40 h, con una pausa de 1:30 h para comida(entre las 14:00 h y las 16:00 h).
-Días de descanso rotativos: Semana 1: sábado y domingo / Semana 2: martes y miércoles.
-Salario: Base fija: 23.500 € brutos/año aprox.(incluye conceptos de convenio + plus festivos).
-Compensación por comida: 11,30 € brutos/día trabajado.
-Gastos de kilometraje: 0,50 €/km.
-Retribución variable anual.
-Acceso a plan de retribución flexible.
-Beneficios sociales: becas, préstamos, ayudas a la formación, seguro de vida gratuito, entre otros.
-Formación en procesos, protocolos y sistemas informáticos desde el inicio de la incorporación para una correcta adaptación al puesto.

Highly skilled and experienced Private Nurse to provide dedicated care and travel assistance for an

individual.

Overnight Care:

Monitor and assess the health condion of the individual throughout the night.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.

Respond promptly to any medical emergencies or changes in the individual's health.

Travel:

Accompany the individual during international travel.

Coordinate with the travel team to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

Manage all medical-related aspects of travel, including medication schedules, medical equipment, and

emergency preparedness.

Liaise with medical professionals at various destinations to ensure continuity of care.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, with a focus on providing personalized care.

Experience in overnight care and travel nursing highly desirable.

Availability:

Must be available for overnight shifts and travel at short notice.

Your Role

• Shifts: Work in pairs, typically during night shifts, ensuring excellent care.
• Hours: 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
