We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a passionate HR Intern to join our Canary Island office. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while working with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support the HR team with employee relations, including helping with performance evaluations, maintaining employee records, and managing benefits.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement programs, training and development initiatives, and wellness programs.
- Help organize company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Support the team in ensuring legal compliance in all HR matters.
- Maintain HR data systems and provide administrative support as needed.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, talent management, and onboarding processes.
- Exposure to developing HR strategies that support a growing organization.
- How to manage HR tools and software to optimize team productivity.
- Learn about employee engagement, retention strategies, and workplace culture.
- Gain insights into employment laws and compliance practices.
- Collaboration with a diverse and international team in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR processes, people management, and company culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Experience with HR software or recruitment tools (preferred but not required).
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Duration: 3-6 months
