Context :


The IDEC group is a global player in real estate development, controlling the entire value chain of business park development: financing, development, engineering and construction.

IDEC ENERGY is a subsidiary of the group, created to respond to the energy needs of these areas. It intervenes from the development phase of real estate parks to design and implement low-carbon energy solutions meeting the building, process and mobility needs of the IDEC Group's customers, based on a mix of renewable energies: wind, geothermal, biomass, solar, hydrogen...

IDEC ENERGY develops, designs, finances, builds and operates these solutions. They are an adapted response to ensure the sustainable development of activities hosted by the parks and respond to energy challenges at the territorial level.

As part of its development in Spain, the IDEC group has launched a project to develop a park of approximately 300 ha for logistics, commercial and industrial purposes, in the Puerto Seco d'Antequera area. This development and promotion project also aims to be a major project in terms of renewable energies to meet the needs of the park and the territory around and make it a positive energy park.

Different systems are being studied : ground photovoltaic power plant, geothermal loop, hydrogen production, photovoltaic and wind power on roofs, IRVE terminals, hydrogen fuel supply, storage and general optimization of energy needs, uses and production on a park scale.

To carry out this major project, IDEC Energy is structuring the project team and is looking for a business developer.


Tasks :


Within an agile structure, under the managerial responsibility of the Antequera Energy Project director, and in very strong functional link with the general management of IDEC Energy in France, your role will be, without this being exhaustive.


Marketing development:


  • Participate in the construction of the commercial strategy (segmentation, identification of the potential added value, pricing strategy, choice of channels, etc.),
  • Participate in product development to propose new offers to our customers and prospects (new business models, contractual engineering, innovative services, etc.),
  • Work on the marketing positioning of our offers, in particular according to the targeted customer segments,
  • Conduct market and positioning analyzes of our competitors,
  • potential customers, target them, prepare and carry out any campaigns (phoning, mailing, etc.),
  • Prepare and participate in group visibility events (trade fairs, days, interventions, press, etc.).



Business Development :


  • Develop sales of green energy (electricity, hydrogen etc.) in the different possible contractual forms (self-consumption, PPA, services), to consumers and prospects of the Group,
  • Prospect new clients to develop your portfolio,
  • Negotiate contracts,
  • Participate in responses to calls for tender,
  • Participate in the drafting of contracts,
  • Support the implementation of invoicing.


Structuring the activity :


  • Participate in the industrialization of commercial and operational processes, from proposal to contractual implementation,
  • Contribute to achieving a high level of quality of service (content, deadlines, monitoring),
  • Master our price positioning and optimize our margins in conjunction with the Pricing team and the structure of our different products.


The position covers a wide scope of activities and requires a strong capacity for adaptation.


Competences/ Profile :


Education = Master

You already have initial business development or commercial experience in the energy field, with previous knowledge of industrial sector or potential target customers

Experience in H2 or sustainable mobility will be a plus

You are proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills.

You demonstrate autonomy and a strong analytical mind.

You have good communication skills (oral and writing)

You are passionate about the industrial world, energy and major projects.

Spanish = fluent,

English = fluent,

French will be definitely a plus.
