This is your opportunity! We want you for our Supply Chain team: New Product Introduction Specialist.


Surrounded by a team of high-performing professionals, your mission will be monitoring, organization, and supervision over the process of implementing new products and new projects.


Reporting to our New Product Introduction & Master Data Manager your responsibilities will be:


  • Managing new implementations in the organization, coordination of implementation.
  • Achieving set goals and working based on set KPIs.
  • Managing the project in time by monitoring checkpoints and deadlines.
  • Care for project documentation, providing instructions.
  • Validation of production capabilities for a new product in the organization.
  • Cooperation with departments: R&D, Planning, Production, Commercial in terms of the possibility of implementing a new product.
  • Verification of technical capabilities in the organization for the implementation of a new product/project.
  • Ensuring ongoing communication between departments regarding the implementation of new products "ongoing".
  • Organization of cyclical meetings, discussing actions related to implemented projects.
  • Verification and ongoing control of tasks performed in the project group.
  • Ongoing reporting to the global NPI team regarding statuses and risks associated with new projects.
  • Supervision over the minimization of obsolescence and the delivery of materials to projects.
  • Organization and coordination of production tests, ensuring confirmation of compliance or non-compliance by other departments.
  • Optimization of processes, searching for and implementing appropriate solutions improving the work of NPI.
  • Ongoing reporting to the global NPI team regarding statuses and risks associated with new projects.
  • Solving current problems related to new implementations.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations and work regulations and other internal regulations.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business. Any additional complementary qualification is valued.
  • High English level (C1)
  • At least 3 years of background in a similar role in a Supply Chain area.
  • Project Management background is needed.
  • Good driving in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of the SAP system.
