Position: HR Manager

Location: Ibiza, Spain

Salary: €55,000 per annum

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for fostering exceptional workplace cultures? We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee the human resources functions for a premium restaurant and an adjacent wellness facility in Ibiza. This role involves managing a team of approximately 100 staff across diverse operations, ensuring compliance, development, and alignment with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for both the restaurant and wellness facility.
• Manage employee relations, contracts, and legal compliance with local labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
• Foster a positive workplace environment that reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness sectors.
• Familiarity with Balearic Island labor laws and HR practices is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
