Este rol se centra en analizar y optimizar las operaciones logísticas y los flujos de trabajo para mejorar la entrega de servicios y la eficiencia operativa.

- Modelado y Arquitectura de Datos: Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de datos robustas mediante la arquitectura de modelos de datos escalables (por ejemplo, para paneles de control, informes) dentro de BigQuery, y utilizar Terraform para construir y gestionar la infraestructura asociada de GCP como código (incluyendo conjuntos de datos, tablas, etc. de BigQuery), asegurando despliegues consistentes y reproducibles. La experiencia en Terraform es una ventaja.
- Ingeniería de Datos: Construir y mantener pipelines ETL eficientes utilizando herramientas como Dataform dentro de GCP, asegurando la calidad, escalabilidad y fiabilidad de los datos. La experiencia en Dataform o DBT es una ventaja.
- Análisis y Visualización de Datos: Definir y mantener indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs), identificar fuentes de datos apropiadas, recuperar datos mediante SQL (BigQuery), y crear informes y paneles de control dinámicos utilizando Looker Studio. La experiencia en Looker ML es una ventaja.
- Consultoría Empresarial: Recopilar continuamente requisitos y consultar con equipos de producto y negocio para traducir las necesidades empresariales en proyectos de análisis accionables.
- Colaboración y Comunicación: Colaborar estrechamente con desarrolladores web, analistas de datos y otros interesados para explorar, definir, documentar y refinar conceptos de datos. Comunicar eficazmente conocimientos complejos de datos tanto a audiencias técnicas como no técnicas.
- Análisis Proactivo y Mejora: Realizar análisis proactivos para identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en tiendas web, módulos y componentes, y impulsar mejoras en las operaciones del mercado a través de conocimientos accionables de datos.
Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto
- Educación: Título en una disciplina técnica y/o relacionada con las matemáticas (por ejemplo, estadística, física, ciencias de la ingeniería, ciencias de la computación industrial o similar).
- Experiencia: Más de 4 años como Analista de Datos / Desarrollador de BI / Ingeniero de Datos (m/f/d), idealmente en empresas de comercio electrónico y experiencia en la creación de pilas de análisis desde cero.
- Habilidades Técnicas: Excelente conocimiento de SQL, preferiblemente con experiencia práctica en Google BigQuery o sistemas de almacén de datos / lago de datos similares o bases de datos no relacionales.
Experiencia profunda en la definición e implementación de conceptos de seguimiento y en la extracción de datos de soluciones basadas en la web (como Google Analytics).
Experiencia y conocimiento de pipelines ETL y flujos de datos, preferiblemente en entornos de nube.
- Capacidades: Capacidad para manejar proyectos de manera independiente o colaborar con colegas, transformando los requisitos de las partes interesadas en conocimientos accionables.
Sentido de propiedad y fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas, así como un enfoque proactivo para identificar y abordar desafíos empresariales utilizando métodos basados en datos.
