- Fluent in English and in Spanish
- Experience in business development, including hunting new clients, tailor-made deals negotiation and building a new portfolio from scratch
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience in the logistics and carrier industry
- Experience in fast paced, high tech environments, preferably a start up where you are used to wearing multiple hats at the same time
