Descripción del empleo
Seleccionamos Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud con experiencia en coordinación de obras cuya principal misión será la de asegurar la correcta ejecución y el cumplimiento de los principios de prevención en materia de coordinación de actividades empresariales durante la duración de las obras.
Si tienes experiencia coordinando obras según el RD 1627/97, te proponemos un proyecto estable con oportunidades de desarrollo interno.
Si además puedes aportar experiencia en el sector de obras ferroviarias, será un plus.
Tus Principales Funciones Serán
- Coordinar la aplicación de los principios generales de prevención y seguridad
- Coordinar las actividades en la obra durante la ejecucción de la misma
- Aprobar el plan de seguridad y salud
- Coordinar el acceso a la obra de construcción
- Formación en Ingeniería o arquitectura y máster en Prevención de Riesgos.
- Aportar experiencia como Coordinador/a de seguridad y salud según RD 1627/97 en obras, preferentemente obras ferroviarias, aunque no es un requisito imprescindible
- Disponer de carnet de conducir.
- Inglés B2
- Habilidades para el trabajo en equipo y orientación con el cliente.

Introduction to the vacant position:Reporting to the Health and Safety Coordinator, you will support all HS functions, in compliance with IBEC standards and applicable regulations.
You will manage risks and promote cultural change to reduce the probability of accidents and incidents and improve working conditions.
You will bring added value to IBEC by promoting HS culture across the organization.Main tasks and responsibilities:Assist in conducting the risk assessments in all workplaces; foster the implementation of preventive measures and follow up of the preventive planification.Provide training for newcomers and specific courses in HS.Support Safety visits or inspections at the workplace in order to check the HS level of fulfilment in the workplaces.Support in audits and inspections.Promote a preventive culture in IBEC and give HS advice.Coordinate medical check-up for IBEC staff.Research any accident or incident that may occur.Help in the Coordination of HS activities.Collaborate to implement HS promotion campaigns.Write HS procedures, instructions, newsletters and registry documents.Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding prevention of occupational risks and its monitoring.Collaborate with the participation in the different IBEC Committees and be in coordination with the HR Unit.Support the HS Team in any necessary tasks and functions.Requirements for candidates:Essential:Master in Occupational Risk Prevention, with the three specializations (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology).Degree in Sciences (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, etc.)
or Psychology.1 year of experience as a Health and Safety Technician in a company or institution.
It is a plus if the working experience is in a similar sector, like a research institute, Hospital, University, Company / Industry (pharma, biotechnology, food or beverage, beauty…), External Prevention Service.High level of English.Minimum Elementary level of Catalan.Competences and skills: Responsibility, Teamwork, Proactivity, Problem-solving, Communication, Commitment, Integrity, Critical and Analytical thinking, and Desire to learn.User knowledge in Office 365.Advantageous:Experience or participation in specific Health and Safety activities, like risk psychosocial study, or specific assessment of the hygiene risk, ergonomic studies, emergency procedures, provide training in health and safety matters.Experience in working with occupational risk prevention databases, and the implementation of these would be a plus.Experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, OHSAS.Knowledge and/or experience in audits.We Offer:Number of available positions: 1Starting date: January 2025Working conditions:Full time (37.5h) or part time temporary contract.Salary according to experience and Knowledge.Measures to reconcile work and family life (parental leave, flexible schedule working hours, 2 days of telework, 23 working days of paid holidays, 9 leave days for personal matters, among others).IBEC ensures equality of access to professional development opportunities irrespective of employment status, length at IBEC or other factors.
