Descripción del puesto:
Estamos buscando un profesional proactivo, multidisciplinar, orientado al trabajo en equipo y con habilidades comerciales para liderar y ejecutar nuestra estrategia de Marketing Digital.
Responsabilidades:
- Prospección de leads a través de email y LinkedIn.
- Identificar y atraer nuevos clientes a través de estrategias en redes sociales, especialmente en LinkedIn e Instagram
- Análisis y actualización mensual de las keywords relevantes en nuestro sector.
- Planificación y ejecución de estrategias de contenidos en redes sociales y blogs.
- Creación y mantenimiento del calendario editorial de redes sociales y blogs.
- Publicación de contenido en nuestras redes sociales y redacción de entradas de blog en WordPress.
- Gestión y dinamización de nuestras comunidades en redes sociales.
- Mantenimiento de nuestros sitios web en WordPress.
- Redacción de copys para campañas publicitarias en LinkedIn y Meta Ads.
- Diseño de creatividades (imágenes) para nuestras redes sociales.
- Edición de vídeo para publicación en redes sociales, web y YouTube.
- Generación de leads a través de Email Marketing.
- Colaboración en la creación e implementación de la imagen de marca en conjunto con el equipo de Diseño Gráfico.
Requisitos mínimos:
- 3 años de experiencia realizando las responsabilidades del apartado anterior.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita, con conocimientos básicos de SEO.
- Amplio conocimiento y experiencia en la gestión de redes sociales (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook y YouTube) y capacidad para generar informes para el departamento directivo.
- Familiaridad con herramientas analíticas como Metricool y Meta Business Suite.
- Competencia en herramientas de diseño gráfico como Canva, Adobe Photoshop y/o Adobe Illustrator.
- Conocimientos básicos de edición de vídeo (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Reels de Instagram, etc.).
- Habilidad organizativa con el uso de herramientas como Google Calendar, Outlook y Onyx.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de CRM.
- Experiencia en el uso de IA.

What You Do
- Prepare internal and external communication materials in English, including writing, editing, proofreading, and maintaining intranet pages.
- Create presentations, newsletters, invitations, briefings, talking points and other communication materials in English.
- Take ownership of your tasks and projects, delivering results on time.
- Produce visually engaging content and support video-editing processes.
- Monitor and analyze communication channels, preparing regular reports on performance and trends.

- Familiarity with intranet technologies and social media platforms (LinkedIn) with experience in video creating and editing being a plus.
- A strong interest in technical and IT topics is required; prior experience is a plus. Open-mindedness towards AI and initial hands-on experience in working with it.

- Team and Role
We’re looking for a Content Intern to strengthen the creative and visual side of our content team. While you’ll collaborate closely with social, web, and demand teams, this role is not channel-ops focused, instead, your main mission will be to raise the quality, creativity, and consistency of our content assets.

- What we’re looking for
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Design, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong graphic design skills. This is a must, not a nice-to-have.
- Previous hands-on experience in a similar role, either through an internship or freelance projects (important for this role).
- Figma is a key tool for this role and we expect you to feel comfortable working with it. Experience with other design tools (Adobe Suite, Affinity, etc.) is a plus.
- We highly value curiosity and experimentation with emerging creative tools such as Lottielab, Spline, or Gen-AI tools for content creation. We’re not looking for experts, we’re looking for talented people who like to explore and learn.
- A portfolio showcasing visual content, design work, or creative projects (required as part of the application).
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish.

For one of our key international Client, we have anexpress&exclusive mandatefor anInterim HR Director & Social Relationbased in Spain.
You will implement a sensitive business & social transformation, develop the social relationship and ensure the HR business continuity.
This interim position is based in Madrid and will include various southern European countries.
To qualify for this opportunity, your experience must include 3 key assets:(1)based in Spain,(2)be fluent in both Spanish & English language,(3)expertise in Spanish labour law with a proven track record in social relations management and restructuring contexts.

- The Opportunity
Direct report at HR Group level
Matrix organization, functional relation with Operational & support teams
In coordination with external legal advisors
Your main priorities include
Implement the social transformationin close coordination with the Group, within the Spanish labor laws and HR legal processes
Ensure the HR business à usual continuitybydirectly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase
Deploy the new organization, to align both the country and the other European countries to the new business strategy
- Interim Management mission :based Barcelona
- Business mobility: within key cities in Spain
- Starting date: asap, expected mid January ****
- Mission length:6 months, extensible upon the situation
- Transformation: not an option at this stage, purely interim with focus on delivery the HR leadership and social transformation described in the mission scope
- Your key skills & profile
Expert in Spanish social & legal relations
Proven experience in restructuring
Expertise in BtoB sectors such as : specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply-chain, fleet management, warehousing or equivalent
Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters
Experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies
Key skills
Hands-on, execution-driven profile with a strong "doer" mindset
Spanish native or fully fluent, fluent business level English
Agile within complex matrix organisations
Pragmatic, reliable and easy to work with
