About The Role
At SharkNinja, innovation moves fast and so do we. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to help drive the delivery of Ninja Kitchen’s influencer strategy across always-on and campaign activity in the Spanish market. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the influencer ecosystem and is ready to take ownership of programmes, relationships, and processes.
You will manage influencer activity end to end, from scouting and contracting through to execution and reporting, while playing a key role in shaping how Ninja shows up in culture across Spain. What You’ll Be Doing
- Influencer Scouting & Talent Mapping: Proactively identify, assess, and recommend creators across platforms in Spain, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead fee negotiations, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines, working closely with Legal and Procurement where required
- Influencer Seeding & Gifting: Own proactive and reactive seeding and gifting programmes, ensuring product is placed with the right creators at the right moments
- Creator Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and their agents, acting as a trusted brand partner
- Content & Quality Control: Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines while maintaining creator authenticity
- Reporting & Performance: Analyse influencer performance, surface insights, and make data-led recommendations to optimise future activity
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Social Media Management: Understanding of content calendars and a methodical and strategic approach to content planning and mapping, posting & scheduling, social media trends, and reporting
- Content Creation: Plan, create, and publish a higher volume of engaging, on-brand content for Ninja's owned channels, driving more active participation in our online community through seeding, content creation, influencer activity, and active community management
- Community Management: ownership of Ninja’s Spanish social media handles and audiences, actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive, on-brand community across platforms to build loyalty and drive meaningful conversation
- Solid hands-on experience in social media & influencer marketing, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, or social-first brands in the Spanish market
- Proven experience managing social media & influencer campaigns end to end, including negotiations and contracts
- Strong understanding of influencer pricing, usage rights, and content deliverables
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and performance

Tu misión
Serás responsable de documentar, producir y editar el contenido audiovisual de nuestras
marcas.
Tu trabajo consistirá en transformar experiencias reales en historias que generen atención,
deseo y conexión.
Queremos que cada pieza de contenido transmita la personalidad de nuestras marcas y ayude
a construir su relevancia a largo plazo.
Entre tus responsabilidades estarán:
- Grabación y edición de contenido para redes sociales.
- Cobertura de eventos, aperturas, experiencias y activaciones.
- Producción de contenido para Instagram, TikTok, YouTube y otros canales digitales.
- Creación de piezas de storytelling alrededor de nuestras marcas, espacios y personas.
- Edición de vídeos cortos orientados a engagement y alcance.
- Edición de piezas más elaboradas para campañas y proyectos especiales.
- Colaboración con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar conceptos creativos y
- narrativas.
- Gestión y organización del archivo audiovisual.
Buscamos a alguien que...
✔ Experiencia demostrable en grabación y edición de vídeo.
✔ Dominio de Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve o software equivalente.
✔ Buen criterio narrativo y sensibilidad visual.
✔ Capacidad para trabajar con rapidez sin comprometer la calidad.
✔ Conocimiento de tendencias y formatos digitales.

A few examples of your responsibilities
- Content creation. Leverage AI tools to produce high-performing, cross-channel content, partnering with hand-picked creators and writing tailored briefs to deliver the right message to each audience.
- Campaign management. Own acquisition campaigns end to end—from hypothesis to launch to iteration—running structured data-driven retrospectives to extract learnings and raise the bar with each cycle.
- Cross-functional coordination. Connect creative, marketing, and business stakeholders, managing timelines and priorities to ensure every campaign is delivered smoothly and effectively.
- Trend monitoring. Track social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging creative practices to inform future campaign and content decisions.
- Reasoning ability. Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter.

- Competitive pay and access to equity in the company. Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of £47,660 in London and €46,027 elsewhere in Europe. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £56,345 and £85,797 in London, and €54,346 and €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation that extends beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
