Somos IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL, empresa vinculada a servicios de ingeniería desarrollados fundamentalmente en el sector eléctrico, obra civil, energías renovables, medio ambiente y legalizaciones.

Formamos parte de VULCAIN ENGINEERING, grupo internacional francés de empresas de ingeniería con un enfoque multisectorial, que trabaja en las distintas áreas claves de la infraestructura y de la energía.

Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Técnico/a en Dirección de Obra con experiencia en sistemas de alcantarillado, para incorporarse a nuestro equipo ubicado en la oficina de Barcelona.

📒 ¿Cómo será tu día a día?

• Gestionar el control técnico del proyecto.
• Asegurar la calidad de ejecución de los trabajos.
• Realizar el seguimiento al cronograma y presupuesto de obra.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.
• Supervisión y aprobación de precios contradictorios.
• Desarrollar planes de trabajo y liderar la ejecución de obra.
• Controlar los suministros de obra.
• Revisar y validar los procesos constructivos.
• Establecer una relación sinérgica con los demás miembros del equipo.
• Planificar reuniones de coordinación de trabajos.
• Supervisar y detectar indefiniciones/erratas/carencias del proyecto ejecutivo.
• Coordinación con agentes/terceros externos a la obra afectados en la ejecución de los trabajos.
• Elaborar informes de gestión.
  
  

• Grado en Ingeniería Civil o carrera similar.
• Experiencia de 5 años en obras de alcantarillado.
• Valorable contar con conocimiento en TCQ - BRISCAD - HEC-RAS - IBER
• Carnet de conducir.

Estamos buscando un/a Técnica/o de Prevención, Calidad y Medioambiente para colaborar con nosotros en un proyecto ferroviario que iniciaremos en breve en Zaragoza. Si tienes experiencia realizando la supervisión del cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y control de la calidad de materiales en obra ¡queremos conocerte!

📋 Tus responsabilidades:

• Elaborar, implementar y supervisar el Plan de Seguridad y Salud en obra
• Identificar y evaluar los riesgos laborales y proponer medidas preventivas.
• Verificar el uso correcto de los equipos de protección individual y colectivos.
• Impartir formación y sensibilización en materia de seguridad y salud a los trabajadores.
• Realizar controles y supervisión de los ensayos de materiales para garantizar su calidad.
• Coordinar con los equipos de obra para la resolución de problemas de calidad y realizar los ensayos necesarios para verificar la conformidad de los materiales y procesos.
• Preparar informes de calidad para la dirección del proyecto y clientes.
• Coordinar la gestión de residuos y la mitigación de impactos en el ecosistema local.

• Experiencia de al menos 3 años trabajando en posiciones similares en obra.
• Master en PRL
• Formación en calidad y medioambiente
