What You'll Do:

• Take full charge of daily store operations — your space, your rules (with great results).
• Deliver outstanding customer service that keeps people coming back.
• Build and execute sales strategies to crush goals — and then go further.
• Keep the vibe right: manage stock and ensure the store looks with top-tier visual merchandising.
• Own the numbers: handle the store budget, control costs, and make smart moves.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in streetwear or fashion retail.
• Killer communication skills — clear, confident, and cool under pressure.
• A multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of retail best practices and inventory management.
• A natural problem-solver and customer-first thinker.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays — because the hustle doesn’t stop.
