We’re on the hunt for an Events Producer who can bring creativity, precision, and a knack for top-tier coordination to our world-class VR training programmes.

As our Events Producer, you’ll be at the heart of delivering top-notch virtual and live events, making sure everything runs like clockwork. From working with world-class speakers to ensuring every detail is flawless, you’ll be shaping the future of VR-powered learning.

• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver next-level events—on time, within budget, and with a wow factor.
• Hunt down and collaborate with top-tier experts and industry leaders.
• Build and run training programmes that keep attendees engaged and coming back for more.
• Ensure every event runs smoothly—materials prepped, speakers prepped, and tech working perfectly.
• Facilitate sessions like a pro—managing discussions, keeping to the agenda, and making sure energy stays high.
• Gather feedback to keep improving and evolving our programmes.
• Stay ahead of the game with the latest VR event trends and best practices.

What you’ll need to bring to the table:

✅ Proven experience in event coordination.

✅ Strong organisational skills—nothing gets past you, you have a system for everything!

✅ Ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.

✅ Great communication skills—you’re a natural with people.

✅ Fluent in English.

✅ A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
