We are looking for an expert to lead the digital transformation and quality assurance initiatives within the company, ensuring the standardization and effective deployment of digital tools that meet end-user needs and enhance product quality.
What You Will Do
- Centralized Management: Oversee the digital experiences and ensure proper allocation of digital resources.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the applications' look and feel meet user expectations.
- Application Structure: Ensure applications are structured for future inter-system connectivity.
- Tool Uniformity: Standardize the use of digital tools across business units through coordination committees.
- Support: Provide support for the launch of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent versions.
- Change Management: Participate in change management during tool deployment.
- Long-term Support: Coordinate long-term support from the development team.
- Product Vision: Define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring it maximizes product value.
- User Engagement: Identify and engage end-users, collect feedback, and ensure the Product Backlog is transparent.
- Agile Practices: Participate in Agile events, clarify user stories, and validate developed stories.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, particularly in Quality, or significant management experience in Quality.
- Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
- Skills: Problem-solving, initiative, and pressure management.
- Experience: Project management experience.
