As a Freelance Recruiter, you will assist with various aspects of the recruitment process by collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs, sourcing candidates, and managing initial screening stages. Your fluency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with candidates across Spain and other Spanish-speaking regions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the recruitment process for various roles targeting Spanish-speaking candidates
• Participate in sourcing candidates and help with preliminary screening
• Conduct interviews and evaluations with support from experienced team members
