Requirements:

University degree in occupational health and safety. (Bachelor of Engineering in Prevention of Risks at Work, Master of Industrial Safety Engineering and Master of Trade Union Relations and Human Resources, or Higher level training course in Occupational Risk Prevention or Technical Superior in Occupational Risk Prevention)

Activities:

• Definition of H&S policy in collaboration with the Italian HQ
• H&S Budget Management
• Supervision of the work carried out by the external consultant: monitoring activities, risk assessment documents
• Monitoring of health and safety training;
• Monitoring of health surveillance;
• Management (with Hr Manager) of preventive and corrective actions as identified by risk assessment
• Conducting regular audits of stores
• Monitoring KPI H&S (accidents, near miss)
• Development of HSE projects to create a safety culture within the organization
• Management of the activities of the HR Learning department (with Hr Manager)
