Actualmente buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo de Asesores/as de Viajes Internacionales para nuestra tienda de Madrid. 📍

Funciones de la posición

• Atender las peticiones de viaje de manera presencial, telefónica o por videollamada, resolviendo a los clientes todas sus dudas y recomendándoles el producto que mejor se adapta a sus necesidades.
• Ofrecer a nuestros clientes la mejor de las experiencias posibles antes, durante y después del viaje.
• Demostrar un profundo conocimiento de los destinos y de nuestro producto.
• Gestionar la reserva a través de nuestros sistemas y en coordinación con el departamento de Booking, con máxima orientación a la calidad y resultados durante todo el proceso, desde la solicitud hasta la post-venta.
• Cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.

Requisitos mínimos y competencias necesarias:

• Experiencia mínima como asesor/a de viajes de 3 años.
• Amplio conocimiento de destinos y países.
• Persona creativa, con grandes habilidades comunicativas y comerciales.
• Orientación al cliente y a la calidad en su servicio.
• Capacidad de planificación y organización, con experiencia gestionando volúmenes altos de peticiones de viajes.
• Nivel medio-alto de competencia en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas.
• Altamente valorable experiencia con CMS y Sistemas de Reservas específicos del sector de viajes y turismo.

Our Internship opportunities

We are looking for passionate hospitality students eager to start their career path with Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As an intern, you will contribute your passion, drive and ideas to ensure that we offer the highest quality in service.

The Role Of Spa Receptionist

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for proactively welcoming guests and dealing with all enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule. The role also includes to take a proactive approach to understanding guest needs and desires.

Other Duties Include

• Welcome the guests at the Spa
• Deal with all mail correspondences
• Take reservations for spa treatments
• Ability to upsell cosmetic products and retail brands within the Spa
• Take the guest for a tour of the spa and explain the facilities offered to guests.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Checking guest in and out, following payment procedures.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times.
• Prepare daily reports.
  
  

Our Ideal Spa Receptionist

As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Spa Receptionist should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile. Strong interpersonal skills are paramount, as well as the ability to multitask and solve problems. Previous Spa or Hospitality experience is required. Applicants also are required to have a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
