Main Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategy for our in-house software development department and MarTech platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration, education, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize your technical background and expertise in headless CMS, particularly MagnoliaCMS, to guide the development of well-crafted, sustainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into innovative web applications and marketing websites.
- Use your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions that enhance our digital platforms and improve user experience.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by implementing best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development, with a strong technical background, preferably as a developer.
- Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams, including developers and DevOps engineers.
- Experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably with MagnoliaCMS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions.
- Proficiency in web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks).
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, particularly headless CMS solutions.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Git, automations).
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Desde Agrupa Global Talent, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Responsable de Ingeniería y Mantenimiento para trabajar en una empresa multinacional, fabricantes en el sector de alimentos.
Reportando al Director de Operaciones, te responsabilizarás:
- Desarrollo de proyectos de mejora continua de calidad de las instalaciones, equipos y optimización de procesos.
- Análisis de necesidades y oportunidades de mejora.
- Seguimiento de desarrollo y efectividad del proyecto.
- Implantación de nuevos sistemas y tecnologías.
- Mejora de métodos y tiempos.
- Estudio e implementación de nuevas salas de producción y nuevos productos.
- Análisis de viabilidad productiva y económica del proyecto.
- Coordinación de traspaso de desarrollo de producto a proceso industrial.
- Contacto comercial de equipos industriales y nuevos materiales.

- Mantener puntualmente informado al Rble Planta de cualquier anomalía que pueda afectar el desarrollo de sus funciones.
- Dirección del programa de housekeeping.
Se requiere:
Experiencia mínima de 4 años como Responsable de Dpto. de Ingeniería en sector alimentación, química, y/o afines.
Titulado en Ingeniería Química, Industrial (especialidad Química), y/o Alimentaria. Valorable Postgrado/Máster en Ingeniería Industrial.
Valorable formación adicional en Lean-Manufacturing.
Formación específica adicional:
- Formación Nivel básico de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales sector químico y/o alimentación.
- Formación en sistemas de gestión ambientales, calidad y prevención de riesgos laborales, normas ISO 9001-ISO 14001-ISO 45001- ISO 22000 FSSC.
- Buen nivel de inglés.
- Formación en seguridad industrial.
- Formación en gestión de equipos.
- Formación nivel usuario en sistemas informáticos.
- Legislación Seguridad Industrial
- Formación en mantenimiento industrial.
- Formación básica en Buenas prácticas de manufactura (BPM/GMP) y Buenas
