We are looking for two talented individuals to join our team! We need either: 

1. A Content Creator and a Graphic Designer separately, or 
2. Two versatile professionals who can excel in both roles. 

Content Creator (Photography & Videography Focus) 

We’re seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator to capture the essence of our events and 

brand through high-quality photography and videography. 

Responsibilities: 

• Capture professional photos and videos at events worldwide 
• Edit and produce engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional 
• materials 
• Operate drones (a drone license is a plus) 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual stories 
• Ensure all content aligns with ACREW’s brand identity and audience engagement strategies 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and content creation 
• Strong editing skills with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, and 
• Photoshop 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel internationally 
• A relevant degree or certification is a plus 
• Drone flying experience/licensing is highly desirable 

Graphic Designer (Branding & Digital Design Focus) 

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring our brand and events to life through 

visually stunning designs. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design engaging digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, event branding, and presentations 
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals 
• Edit and enhance visual content for social media and web 
• Work closely with the Content Creator to integrate photography and video into designs 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools 
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• A degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is a plus
