Buscamos Interiorista/Asesor de ventas mobiliario y decoración comprometido/a, dinámico/a y empático/a para MUEBLES LARA, empresa con más de 65 años de experiencia en el sector del mueble en Paterna, Valencia.

🎯 Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Mínimo 3 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA en tienda de muebles o estudio de interiorismo.
• Orientación al cliente y experiencia de cara al público.
• Gestión, organización, seguimiento de pedidos y habilidades comerciales.
• Perfiles acostumbrados a un ritmo alto de trabajo y disposición a trabajar sábados.
• Búsqueda de consolidación en un puesto estable.
• Conocimientos de Inglés elemental.
• Vehículo propio.

✍️ Se valorará:

• Estudios relacionados con el interiorismo y el diseño de interiores (grados, cursos privados o públicos).
• Conocimiento de productos y marcas nacionales e internacionales del sector del mueble.
• ⁠Conocimiento de tarifas para desarrollo de proyectos y presupuestación.
• ⁠Manejo de programas de dibujo y desarrollo de planos (DecoBasic, Autocad, SketchUp...).
• Manejo de programas de gestión del sector del mueble (Expowin o similar).
• Nivel medio/alto de inglés (especialmente conversación).

• Elaboración de presupuestos bajo política comercial y tarifas.
• Desarrollo de proyectos de amueblamientos. Diseño y creación de planos.
• Servicio técnico de medición: visita y medición detallada en destino.
• Realización y seguimiento de pedidos a fábrica.
• Comunicación fluida con el cliente y seguimiento.
• Fidelización clientes.

Founding Pre-Sales Engineer | Factorial IT 🚀

Are you ready to build from scratch? At Factorial, we are transforming business management. Following the massive success of our HR and Finance platform, we are launching Factorial IT. We are looking for our first Founding Pre-Sales Engineer to help take this product from 0 to €10M ARR.

We aren't looking for a "salesperson who knows IT"; we want a Solutions Architect who wants to get their hands dirty building the technical sales playbook from the ground up.

• Pre-Sales Engineering & Blueprinting: Own the technical validation of the sales cycle. Lead discovery sessions with CTOs and CISOs to design the implementation Blueprints for Factorial IT (integrating Microsoft and Google ecosystems) before the deal is even closed.
• Intune & UEM Master: Become our technical North Star for Microsoft Intune. You will configure Zero-Touch environments where a new hire can receive their laptop and be fully operational in under 2 minutes.
• Compliance & Security: Translate complex regulatory needs (ISO 27001, GDPR) into real-world technical configurations within our platform.
• SaaS Optimization: Deliver immediate ROI by identifying "Zombie Licenses" and demonstrating how our platform slashes customer SaaS spend by 15-20%.

• Intune Expert (Indispensable): If you don’t know how to configure compliance policies, app deployment, and identity management in Microsoft Intune, this isn't the role for you.
• MDM Warrior: Extensive experience managing mixed fleets (Apple, Windows, Android) and deep knowledge of Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
• Founding Team Mindset: You are energized by the "0 to 1" phase. You don't wait for a manual; you write the manual.
• Bonus Points: Deep expertise in Digital Workplace environments like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (O365).

• Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 OTE (Base + Variable based on experience) + Stock Options (Phantom Shares).

JOB DESCRIPTION - FREELANCE ACCOUNT / PROJECT MANAGER (Retail & Experiential projects) 

Purpose: To be an utterly dependable support for the whole team – client and agency.

Key responsibilities 

• Project management of the internal processes for a variety of projects. Predominantly working on luxury retail and experiential toolkits. 
• Financial management of all client and agency expenditure according to the agency’s best practice on individual projects - (note a more transparent/accessible finance system is being set up to facilitate this).
• Ensure best practice for meetings (everything from cosmetic presentation if in person or via presentation, production of agendas, contact reports, all feedback addresses, correct people in the room).
• Internal communications best practice to ensure that all the senior parties are appraised of current situation and future requirements
• Be a knowledge center on a specific brand (e.g. knowledge accumulation, being the physical repository for all items relevant to that brand, conducting competitor reviews where relevant)
• Enhancing the reputation of the agency with the client through added-value initiatives (unexpected by the client).
• Build trust-based, mutually respectful Client relationships
• Build trust-based, mutually respectful relationships with all agency departments

Skills

• Strong internal and external communication skills 
• High level of English is essential (all agency + client comms are in English), Spanish is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to write a clear creative brief and support in production briefs
• Ability to multitask and get it done – no matter what
• Ability to lead internal (and where appropriate) external meetings
• Anticipate and proactively tackle problems
• Good numeracy skills
• Confident and able to present a point of view on strategy and creative work
• Excellent eye for detail, vigorous checking skills
• Excellent project management skills - ideally with a Project management certificate (but not essential).

Knowledge

• Understanding of agency process and how to implement and improve where needed
• Understanding of project details including timings, budgets and team management 
• Ability to run several projects and have the knowledge/foresight to flag any issues in advance i.e product availability, resourcing, budget over run
• Confident in the use of Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft etc.

This is for a full time freelance commitment, working CET 9-6pm, Monday to Friday across various projects. Initial 1-3 month term with high likeliness to extend for longer term or into a perm role.

We are based in Barcelona and attend an office once a week, the other 4days are remote. We ideally want candidates in Barcelona but for the right profile we would consider remote work (within EU).

• Diseñar presentaciones corporativas alineadas con la identidad visual de la empresa.
• Optimizar el diseño gráfico de materiales para reuniones y eventos internos y externos.
• Colaborar con diferentes altos ejecutivos/as y presidencia para entender sus necesidades y transformar ideas en diseños efectivos, entendiendo en cada caso a qué publico vital va dirigido.
• Defender ante altos ejecutivos/as la estructura y las razones de la organización.
• Garantizar la correcta estructura visual y textual de las presentaciones.
• Gestionar proyectos de diseño desde la conceptualización hasta la entrega final.
• Supervisar y mantener la coherencia en la calidad de los materiales diseñados.
• Usar herramientas digitales avanzadas para la creación de contenidos visuales.
• Proponer mejoras continuas en los procesos de diseño y presentación.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%, Obligatorio.
• Formación en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual, Periodismo, Audivisuales, etc., o áreas relacionadas.
• Conocimientos sólidos en herramientas de diseño como PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite u otras similares. Muy valorable Conocimientos prácticos en edición de vídeo.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
• Confidencialidad máxima de los contenios a tratar.
• Atención al detalle y habilidades creativas demostrables.
• Valorable experiencia previa en el sector asegurador o en entornos corporativos.
