This is a part-time (16-24hr) on-site role for a Studio Administrator at BITSCAPES in Valencia with a potential of growing into full time position. As our Studio Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting both daily studio operations and long-term organizational needs. Your responsibilities may include:
- Managing studio correspondence, calls, and scheduling
- Organizing meetings, travel, and internal calendars
- Handling basic accounting tasks (invoices, receipts, vendor coordination)
- Supporting HR processes (contracts, onboarding, documentation)
- Maintaining studio supplies, equipment, and workspace organization
- Assisting with project documentation, filing, and administrative workflows
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Helping prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, MS Office; knowledge of design studio tools is a plus)
- Previous administrative or studio management experience (architectural/creative background preferred, but not required)

El candidato se integrará en el equipo técnico responsable de las obras marítimas, urbanización, pantalanes, edificio sede, instalaciones y trabajos de edificación asociados al proyecto.
Responsabilidades principales
• Supervisión diaria de la obra y control de calidad.
• Revisión de mediciones y certificaciones.
• Seguimiento del planning de obra y control de hitos.
• Coordinación con Dirección Facultativa, constructora y proveedores.
• Gestión documental: actas, informes, control fotográfico e incidencias.
• Control del cumplimiento de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
• Participación en recepciones parciales y finales de obra.
Requisitos
• Titulación: Ingeniero Técnico de Obras Públicas, Graduado en Ingeniería Civil o Arquitecto Técnico.
• Experiencia mínima 3–5 años en obra civil, marítima, urbanización **y edificación**.
• Vehículo propio.
• Manejo de Presto/BC3, Autocad y Office.
• Residencia en la provincia de Valencia.

• Experiencia en trabajos similares de dirección de ejecución.
• Inglés nivel C1.
