The Futura Program is back! Our goal is to attract and integrate young talent within BA Glass Group, offering you the opportunity to develop your technical and behavioral skills in an industrial environment while connecting with a broad intercultural network.

This year’s edition will focus on Operational and Corporate areas, providing you with hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative setting.

We are looking for candidates who:

✔ Have a fresh, bold, and ambitious mindset

✔ Are passionate about digitalization and innovation

✔ Thrive in international environments

✔ Are fascinated by manufacturing processes

✔ Have a hands-on approach to problem-solving

✔ Want to be part of an Industry 4.0 transformation

✔ Hold (or are in the final stage of) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science...)

✔ Are proficient in English (other languages are a plus)

✔ Are willing to travel and embrace new challenges

🌍 Be part of key areas such as production, quality, maintenance, digitalization, IT, supply chain, investments, and more

🔍 Support daily operations and tackle real business challenges

🚀 Participate in optimization and development projects
