Job Title: Sales Manager – SaaS Solutions for Hotels & Event Venues

We are a leading SaaS provider specializing in cutting-edge 3D solutions for hotels, meeting spaces, and event venues. Our technology helps venues showcase their spaces in an interactive and immersive way, enhancing customer experience and increasing bookings. As we expand in the Canary Islands, we are looking for a highly motivated and autonomous Sales Manager to drive our business in the region.


Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. You will identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and develop business opportunities with hotels, event venues, and meeting spaces across the Canary Islands. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong networking skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also represent our company at industry events and collaborate closely with our European team to align sales strategies and customer success efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our client base in the Canary Islands.
  • Identify and generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and account management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality and event industry.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Work independently while staying aligned with the European team.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to improve our product offerings and sales approach.


Requirements:

  • Proven 5-year experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in travel tech, hospitality, events, hotel sales or travel.
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel, meetings, and events industry in the Canary Islands.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking full ownership of the sales process.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel across the Canary Islands as needed.
  • Residence in Tenerife or Gran Canaria.
