Full-time permanent contract with a 20% to 40% commission structure or self-employed position with commissions from 30% to 50%. New daily leads of good quality, as we only advertise properties of more than 300k and most of our properties are worth 400k+.
Requirements:Preferably resident between Malaga and Calahonda.Must have knowledge of the target area.Work fluency in English and Spanish (both are essential). Most of our clients speak English, Spanish, French, German and Dutch, so any additional languages are valued.Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills (both in person and over the phone).Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.Pleasant, trustworthy, outgoing, responsible, organised, proactive and willing to learn & grow.Valid Spanish driver's licence and own vehicle.Responsibilities:Sales prospecting & sales: Liaising with buyer leads via telephone, email and in person, transforming them into effective clients and ensuring that they view properties with us during their visit to Spain. This involves having excellent interpersonal skills and the commitment to find the right property based on their personal needs, preferences and budget.Organising property viewing tours and assisting clients.Advising clients on market conditions, as well as ancillary services, such as financing, legal requirements, reforms, construction.Workplace & Culture:Our head office is in Sotomarket, Sotogrande.
