Folklorious is looking for a Store Manager

Folklorious is a unique women's clothing and accessories boutique in Palma de Mallorca, offering a curated selection of fashion pieces with meaning, storytelling, and individuality at their core. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Store Manager to lead our boutique, ensuring exceptional service and driving sales growth.

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and inspiring shopping experience.


• Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service and relationship building.


• Maintain strong visual merchandising and uphold the brand’s aesthetic and values.


• Train and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge.


• Manage inventory and stock levels.


• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store performance.


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.

• Proven track record in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.


• Passionate about fashion, style, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


• Strong leadership and organizational skills.


• Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).


• Ability to work full-time with flexibility for weekends and peak shopping seasons.


• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
