We are hiring an Operations Agent for a receptive agency in Menorca. As an Operations Agent you will support the office in different administrative and operational areas such as the set-up of new clients, booking records, invoicing, and follow-up or direct support of our clients.
The main responsibilities will be:
We are hiring an Operations Agent for a receptive agency in Menorca. As an Operations Agent you will support the office in different administrative and operational areas such as the set-up of new clients, booking records, invoicing, and follow-up or direct support of our clients.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Attention to general requests from our clients.
- Airport support: welcome the customers at the airport upon arrival.
- Coordinate and assist transport from the airport to the hotel.
- Provide the customers all the information they may need.
- Assistance to customers’ claims or requests.
- Booking management on request and booking changes.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of French will be appreciated.
- Flexible working schedule.
