Our collaborator is a restaurant founded more than 10 years ago in Seville. It combines traditionalism and culinary modernity with a close and warm service. Inside a traditional courtyard house, the restaurant makes quality and innovation its main concepts. The quality is presented in both the raw materials and in its cuisine.

The kitchen, like many other professions, needs training but, especially, a lot of passion and experience. Learning Spanish gastronomy will be at your fingertips during your internship.

Tasks

  • General assistance to the chef.
  • Cut of vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, seafood and others.
  • Collaboration in the preparation of dishes.
  • Elaboration of sauces.
  • Learning recipes.
  • Assistance in the organization and cleaning of the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Intermediate level of Spanish
  • Minimum duration of 3 months
  • Gastronomy studies
  • 40 hours per week

Remuneration

  • 300 euros per month
  • Accommodation
  • Meals
