A Hotel Health Coach is responsible for promoting and maintaining the wellbeing of guests through personalized coaching, education, and wellbeing program management.

This role combines expertise in health and wellbeing with hospitality skills to create a holistic and engaging experience for hotel guests, and requires a dedicated professional who can blend health expertise with hospitality skills to create transformative experiences for hotel guests while working closely with the hotel management to align wellbeing initiatives with overall guest satisfaction and business goals.

Your Tasks:

•            Work in line with the General Manager of the hotel

•            Educate guests and maintain long-term healthy habits

•            Oversee wellbeing-related events at the hotel (e.g., programs, retreats)

•            Develop personalized wellbeing plans based on client assessments

•            Collaborate with other departments to promote wellbeing initiatives

Additional Responsibilities:

•            Stay current with wellbeing trends and incorporate innovative practices

•            Establish partnerships with local wellbeing experts and practitioners

Your Profile:

•            Medical / Health Coach Certificate/ Degree in Nutrition

•            Fluent in English & Spanish

•            Holistic understanding & approach to healthy lifestyle (nutrition, sport, sleep, mental health)

•            Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire others

•            Willingness to work on weekends & flexible

•            Good organizational and conflict resolution skills
