Salary: €1,427.64/month (including a 30% night shift allowance)

Schedule: Rotating rest days, Monday to Sunday

We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Night Auditor to join our distinguished team.

32 hours per week, shifts of 4 days.

Position Overview: As a Night Auditor at Anfitrión Marbella, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front office operations during the night shift.

Your main duties include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, processing guest payments, and ensuring the security of the hotel.

Additionally, you will provide outstanding guest services and address any inquiries or issues that may arise during the night.

Key Responsibilities: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, providing a warm and welcoming experience.Respond to guest inquiries, including email and phone enquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.Monitor and ensure the security of the hotel during the night, including periodic patrols and surveillance.Process guest payments and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.Prepare and distribute daily management reports to relevant departments.Manage and update the Property Management System (PMS), including booking entries, room allocation, and guest information.Prepare and send required reports to local authorities (e.g., police reports for guest stays) in compliance with legal regulations.Respond to reservation enquiries, provide accurate information, and send quotations for future bookings to potential clients.Maintain confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar front desk or night auditor role, preferably in a boutique hotel environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
