Funciones:
Participarás técnicamente en el desarrollo sobre Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), desde la definición hasta la entrega y evolución de la solución.
Impulsarás el desarrollo de módulos y personalizaciones complejas, incluyendo desarrollo desde cero.
Demostrarás amplia capacidad en la resolución de incidencias críticas: diagnóstico, rendimiento, escalabilidad y optimización continua.
Desarrollarás integraciones con sistemas empresariales (ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, pasarelas de pago, logística, etc.).
Impulsarás la calidad mediante testing automatizado, incluyendo pruebas unitarias, de integración y tests funcionales E2E.
Trabajarás con APIs REST y GraphQL, garantizando una correcta exposición y consumo de servicios.
Realizarás interlocución técnica con cliente, participando en estimaciones, definición de soluciones y toma de decisiones.

Experiencia requerida:

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo con Adobe Commerce (Magento 2).
Dominio de la arquitectura de Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce.
Desarrollo avanzado de módulos y personalizaciones complejas.
Experiencia sólida con MySQL, HTML5, CSS3 y JavaScript.
Experiencia trabajando con GraphQL y APIs REST.
Uso avanzado de Git y experiencia con flujos CI/CD.
Inglés mínimo B2.

Job Responsibilities / Role:

- Validate and enhance backend functional, performance, security, integration, and UI component tests in Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript

- Design, develop, and maintain testing frameworks and tools for backend and frontend applications

- Closely collaborate with developers to improve testability and code quality across the stack

- Implement and maintain continuous testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines

Para nuestro equipo estamos buscando .NET Developers para trabajar en colaboración con desarrolladores/as de software, arquitectos/as, devops y unidades de negocio. Colaborarás en diferentes proyectos de nuestro cliente, líder del sector de viajes.

Necesaria experiencia con .NET Core.

Localización: Madrid (y/o Palma de Mallorca).

Modalidad: Híbrida, 2 días a la semana en oficina del cliente.

Horario: L-J de 08:00 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 17:30. V de 08:00 a 14:00

Funciones:

Proponer e implementar soluciones técnicas a problemas complejos optimizar soluciones ya existentes, proyectos con arquitecturas muy variadas.

Requisitos mínimos:

- 3 años de experiencia o más en desarrollo C#

- ASP.NET Core y ASP.NET - Especialmente MVC y WebAPI

- API REST, servicios web SOAP y Microservicios

- Formatos de datos como JSON y XML

- Bases de datos relacionales SQL. Microsoft SQL Server y PostgreSQL

- Bases de datos no relacionales NoSQL. MongoDB y Redis.

- Domain Driven Design (DDD) o principios SOLID, y estándares de la industria

- Pruebas unitarias, pruebas de integración, cobertura de código, mocking, etc.

- Sistemas de control de versiones (usamos Git) y herramientas de CI/CD

Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a PMO Manager within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Project Management Office in the Strategic Projects, playing a key role as a co-pilot to the Project Manager, proactively driving various project management processes. This includes disciplines such as:

• Project Governance and Communication
• Integrated Planning

This role reports hierarchically to the Head of PMO for EOS but is functionally embedded within the Space Systems strategic projects, which is a critical initiative for Airbus.

Responsibilities (shared with the rest of the PMO team):

• Maintain the Project Management Plan and ensure the program’s adherence to this plan.
• Manage the Project Management digital ecosystem to operate the program (e.g., Unified Planning, ADProjects, ARM, collaboration tools).
• Prepare and facilitate meetings and support preparation of milestones.
• Support the Project Manager in planning and preparing Maturity Gates.
• Maintain the program’s action register and drive the timely closure of actions.
• Coordinate preparation of reports in various formats for both internal and external customers.
• Ensure consistency among all contractual, financial, and technical requirements and coverage in the Project Management Plan (in close cooperation with the Project Controller, Customer Contract Manager, and Technical Manager).
• Maintain the program’s integrated plan in the appropriate toolset (e.g., Unified Planning), embedding inputs from all contributing stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and communicate the program’s critical path, proposing measures to shorten it.
• Track program progress and provide visualization and early warning of potential issues to allow for early mitigation, anticipation, and data-driven decisions.
• Act as the strategic interface between departments and functions, ensuring effective performance management and early warning for potential issues.
• Maintain the Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management Plan of the program.
• Maintain the R&O register, including the facilitation of capture and assessment of risks and opportunities.
• Drive the definition and follow-up of R&O mitigation actions.
• Proactively seek out and implement improvements in your way of working, and in the overall execution of the program.
• Support project’s improvement governance and contribute to the achievement of its improvement objectives.
• Ensure consistency and integration between risk management, planning, and workload data, providing a unified and accurate view of project status and performance.
• Establish and maintain data governance processes to guarantee the reliability and coherence of information across different functions and systems.
• Produce Project History Report (yearly).
• Supervise overall Changes, to trigger CCN issues and build the relevant case.
• Interface with the S&OP process, to ensure consistency between the functions' needs and project budget.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree-level education in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in leading projects or as a PMO Manager is desired
• PMP certification is highly desirable
• Experience in managing/working with a project schedule.
• Experience in managing risks and opportunities, either as a risk manager or a project member.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work across functions, and to influence and persuade program stakeholders amid conflicting priorities.
• Experience with typical office applications and generally well-versed in digital tools is desired
• Experience in standard scheduling tools (e.g., Unified Planning, MS Project, Primavera) is desired.
• Experience in using risk and opportunity management tools.
• Experience working in international teams and environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

About This Role

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Front-End Developer to join our engineering team and help build a new platform that will serve as the next generation of our product ecosystem. You will play a key role in designing and implementing the frontend architecture of the platform, building scalable UI foundations and setting quality standards as the product grows.

Your work will directly influence frontend structure, development patterns and user experience, becoming the baseline for future development at Ailin.

YOUR MISSION

• Design and implement frontend features using React, with Vite as the build tool
• Own complex UI flows end-to-end, from technical design to production rollout
• Define and evolve component architecture, state management and data-fetching strategies
• Build and deploy frontend applications using AWS Amplify
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs and authentication systems (e.g. Cognito)
• Ensure high standards for performance, accessibility and UX quality
• Add robust error handling, logging and frontend observability
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define API contracts and improve system boundaries
