What your day will look like
- Work remotely with a globally distributed team, driving technical excellence and fostering innovation across diverse engineering environments.
- Design and architect high-performance service APIs to power streaming data services, ensuring seamless integration across teams and products using Python and Golang.
- Develop robust governance, auditing, and management systems within our advanced telemetry platform, ensuring security, compliance, and operational integrity.

THE GOAL
The aim of the Finance Manager position is to work across all day-to-day finance matters related to the country of business, support the Country Manager, and play a crucial role in our growth story. WHAT THEY DO (responsibilities)
- Supporting the Country Manager and Head of Departments on all finance-related matters, including, but not limited to, producing monthly board packs, budgeting and reforecasting process, relationship with external accountants, banks, and tax authorities.
- Providing solutions and being a true business partner to achieve and drive organizational objectives.
- Managing the financial results of the country's P&L.
- Identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitoring kiosk financial performance (P&L) against agreed targets and advising on appropriate actions, liaising with the franchise partners on their financial queries.
- Working closely with the rest of the finance peers to drive process improvements and implement new tools.
- Forecasting, reporting, controlling of budget, optimizing the use of working capital, managing rolling cash flow forecasting.
- Managing the day-to-day accounting.
- Working with the payroll accountant for accurate payroll reports.
- The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring the guidelines are enforced.

Job Description
This position is available for a period of 4 starting in May 2026.
Your Mission:
As an Onsite Concierge Assistant within the Conciergerie & Stay team, you will play a supporting role in managing and assisting our clients on-site with concierge and property-related requests. You will help the team welcome our international clientele in various rented properties while upholding Le Collectionist brand standards. In close collaboration with the Pre-Arrival Team, you will assist in strengthening our network of local partners to offer our clients the highest quality services and experiences.
✨ Your Responsibilities:
Pre-Arrival Preparation
- Take part in property visits where guests are expected.
- Support the Pre-Arrival Team in gathering the necessary information for stay preparations.
- Assist in updating property information in internal tools.
- Contribute to preparing properties (shopping, gifts, amenities) ahead of guest arrivals.
- Help the team establish contact with clients before their arrival.
- Welcome guests alongside the team, ensuring the villa is ready and in perfect condition.
- Participate in villa tours and guide guests through the property’s facilities.
- Be available to assist with concierge requests or service adjustments.
- Observe and learn the procedures for handling and processing payments.
- Assist the team to ensure a smooth check-out process and help inspect the property in the presence of guests.
- Contribute to documenting final observations and any potential damages.
- Help follow up on billing and payments in collaboration with the Pre-Arrival Team.
- Support the team in invoicing and payment collection in collaboration with the Pre-Arrival Team.
- Document property condition observations after guest departures.
Our on-site presence and industry standards require working Saturdays and Sundays (hospitality model), especially during the high season. Work is organized in rotation with the rest of the on-site team, and overtime can be compensated with time off.

Qualifications
Desired Profile
- Currently pursuing studies in hospitality, tourism, business school, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the luxury and hospitality sector.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Interest in similar roles (villa management, concierge services).
- Knowledge of the destination and its ecosystem, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish or/and French is a plus
- Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Autonomous, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Customer-oriented, with a warm personality and the ability to create lasting connections.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Designing world-class products: You will bring your talent and expertise into crafting a world-class suite of products. Our products currently encompass a mobile app, a web app, a desktop extension, and a mobile Safari extension - and there’s more to come!
- From discovery to delivery: You will take part in all steps of product development with the rest of the team, from identifying user and business needs by talking to stakeholders and users, to designing and implementing solutions together with the Product and Engineering teams.
