You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and grow market share of Rayner and our partner products and manage customer accounts in your territory. By being the trusted expert and representative of Rayner and our products, you will secure the ongoing retention of as much of the current/existing intraocular lens business and existing accounts.

You will also execute a strategic plan and growth strategy for Rayner’s business in Pais Vasco, both in the short term and into the future, and be accountable for driving sales and profit growth in the area.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide an effective account management service for all surgeons, ophthalmic units and other customers within the territory and continually develop those relationships to strengthen Rayner’s position in the market.
• Build and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the territory for which you are responsible and excellent product knowledge.
• Monitor market and customer trends, including pricing, and competitor activity, and report back to the Marketing team and Spain Sales management.
• Continually develop both your sales and product skills to become a trusted expert. Take proactive responsibility for your own development.
• Understand and work in alignment with our Product and Commercial strategies, liaising with Marketing and rest of the Commercial team.
• Understand work within the Rayner Quality Management system, including following with Marketing and rest of the Commercial team.
• Produce reports and action/ sales/ territory plans and sales reviews as required, including stock and activity reports.

What Experience & Skills You Will Need:

• Experience in Medical Devices, specifically in ophthalmic medical devices (IOLs desirable)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
• Residence in Pais Basco
• Experience in Hospital Sales, especially in operating room environments

This is a temporary 4-month role from May 4th to August 31th, 2026 - It's an entry level position

As an in-resort concierge within the Concierge & Stay team, you will play a crucial role in managing and assisting on-site Le Collectionist guests for both concierge and villa related requests. You will welcome our international clientele in various rented properties, adhering to Le Collectionist’s brand standards in close relation with the Pre arrival team, you will contribute to consolidating the local partner network to offer the highest quality services and experiences to our clients. You will always prepare and handle several guests at the same time.

Objectives:

• Prepare the guest's arrival
• Support the onsite team in setting up the season
• Pre-visit the properties you will have guests in
• Participate in updating properties info in our tools
• Link with the pre-arrival team to ensure you have all information to prepare the guest's stay.
• Prepare the arrival of your clients by shopping for any requested items and personalizing the properties with adequate gifts and amenities.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Software para contribuir al desarrollo, mejora y mantenimiento de soluciones tecnológicas internas enfocadas en la automatización de procesos, la gestión de datos y el soporte de plataformas corporativas.

El puesto implica el diseño e implementación de nuevas funcionalidades, la optimización de sistemas existentes y el soporte técnico en entornos de producción.

Esta posición forma parte de un proyecto internacional y pionero en el ámbito de Transporte IP/óptico, y requiere una sólida capacidad de colaboración con equipos distribuidos globalmente y con un alto nivel técnico.

Se espera un alto grado de autonomía, rigor técnico y capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos complejos.

Colaboración 100% remota desde cualquier provincia de España, pero valorable si se reside en Madrid, por poder acudir de manera puntual a las oficinas de cliente (zona Las Tablas)

Funciones:

Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web internas utilizando Python como lenguaje de programación principal.

Implementar nuevas capacidades y mejoras técnicas en las plataformas internas.

Diseñar y gestionar bases de datos SQL y componentes de procesamiento backend.

Proporcionar soporte técnico y resolver incidencias en entornos de producción.

Contribuir a iniciativas de automatización de procesos y fomentar la innovación dentro de los equipos de ingeniería.

Colaborar estrechamente con equipos técnicos y responsables de negocio en entornos internacionales y multiculturales.

Apoyar la evolución, integración y desarrollo funcional de herramientas internas relacionadas con sistemas de Transporte IP/óptico.

Qué esperamos de ti:
- Aportar al menos 1 año de experiencia profesional en desarrollo con Python, incluyendo programación orientada a objetos, diseño modular e implementación de algoritmos.
- Sólidos conocimientos de tecnologías de desarrollo web: HTML, CSS y JavaScript.
- Experiencia en el diseño y gestión de bases de datos basadas en SQL.
- Buen entendimiento de arquitecturas de software, patrones de integración y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
- Dominio de Git y de flujos de trabajo modernos de control de versiones.
- Familiaridad con entornos Linux y conocimientos básicos de scripting en shell.
- Experiencia práctica con pipelines de CI/CD y sistemas de integración continua, preferiblemente utilizando herramientas como Jenkins, GitHub Actions o GitLab CI/CD.
- Experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas basadas en APIs, incluyendo el consumo de servicios REST y APIs internas.
- Capacidad para analizar y resolver incidencias de forma eficaz en entornos de producción.
- Experiencia práctica en automatización de procesos y tratamiento de datos.
- Conocimientos básicos o interés en Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a la ingeniería de software.

- Requisitos deseables:
- Fuertes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación, que permitan una colaboración eficaz tanto con perfiles técnicos como de negocio.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos internacionales, multidisciplinares y de ritmo elevado.
- Dominio sólido del inglés técnico, tanto escrito como hablado, imprescindible para comunicarse, documentar y defender el trabajo en un contexto internacional de ingeniería.
- Aunque no se requiere certificación formal C1, se deberá demostrar un nivel alto de competencia en comunicación técnica.
