- Contribute to, and improve, CI/CD infrastructure, establish practices that guarantee the quality of code as well as smooth and safe deployments.
- Contribute to ensuring the organization's security practices meet GDPR, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 requirements.
- Work with the rest of the engineering team to help identify ways to reduce costs and improve performance while maintaining or increasing reliability, security, and performance.
- Constantly document your work and engage in knowledge transfer with the rest of the team.
- Help foster a work culture aligned with the most current DevOps and IT Security principles and practices.
- Help writing job descriptions and participate in interviews for hiring new staff. As our cloud engineering team grows, your help in shaping it will be invaluable.

About You
As the Demand Planner for Iberia and DACH Region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), you will translate consumer / sales demand, promotions, product introduction/delisting and rollover plans into an agreed forecast of market requirements on an on-going 24 month rolling basis. You will also include the short-term management and coordination of the execution of plans, communication of changes, issues and shortages, avoidance of obsolete products and stock run outs. Furthermore, this role will support Cost Transformation and inventory optimization, as well as continuous improvements on Demand Planning systems, meetings and processes. On top of that, in this role you will sometimes support UK for Supply Planning and you will have the chance to work closely with the Country Leadership Team, Sales, Finance, Customer Order Management, European Supply Chain Services and Logistics.
You will report to the Demand Planning Leader Western Central Europe and will be an individual (no direct reports).
Location: we can offer a remote model for candidates already based in Spain, ideally in Madrid Area, as there will be regular visits to the Madrid Office.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Lead and continuously drive improvements in process and outputs of demand forecast (like Forecast Reconciliation and MBO sign off release process)
- Develop and maintain a monthly demand schedule by maintaining a 18 month rolling forecast at invoice SKU + location level
- Ensure an accurate up to date view of market demand by maintaining a robust rolling forecast at the agreed level and time horizons required for planning and commercial decision making
- Ensure the utilization of statistical demand planning system capabilities and drive system usage improvements
- Manage the monthly MBO sign off / Demand Review forecast release process
- Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and bias
- Manage forecast locations splits, roll-overs and allocation rules to optimize service and reduce obsolescence / slow movers and cost exposure as well as DIO targets
- Understand and communicate supply chain impacts and solutions (when appropriate) of category-specific business plans as well as recommendation of SKU optimization
- Work closely with Supply Chain and S&OP colleagues in support of tactical execution which meets business objectives
- Short-term management/coordination of the execution of plans, communication of changes, issues and shortages, avoidance of obsolete products and stock run outs
- Provide forecast insights and recommendations for quarterly financial & budget process, plus 4 year business plans, and category specific projects, innovation and strategies Short-term management/coordination of the execution of plans, communication of changes, issues and shortages, avoidance of obsolete products and stock run outs
- Effectively utilize independent analysis of available data streams and information (category sales history, past promotional/event history, customer sales & inventory data, customer collaboration & insights etc) in order to drive forecast improvements

- Bachelors Degree (BA, BSc) or equivalent is desirable;
- Previous experience in forecasting or Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) environment or with a proven track record in Supply Chain;
- First class analytical skills including data manipulation;
- Experience within supply chain forecasting and EPOS tracking or similar;
- Experience of SAP ECC, APO, Prevail 10, MS EXCEL®, BW or similar systems desirable;
- Self-motivated, flexible and independent; able to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in English & Spanish

WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?

Responsibilities
CENTER OPERATIONS:
- Understand the center’s key KPIs and financials to make informed and responsible business decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with KidStrong families to align with our core values and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee center-level initiatives i.e. center maintenance, training, brand consistency, etc.
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center
- The typical schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1-weekend shift with specific hours dependent on the needs of the center. This is not your typical 9 to 5!
- Manage the weekly coaching schedule & ensure shifts are covered daily.
- Schedule and sell KidStrong events such as camps and parties, to maximize center profitability.
- Support the centers social media presence with on-brand, organic posts, stories, reels. Respond timely to social media inquiries.
- Maintain flawless lead management by conducting call drives to new and existing leads in the Center’s CRM tool.
- Finalize sales and bookings that are generated through online self-sign-up flow.
- Source and attend local events to increase brand awareness, and drive incremental leads and memberships.
- Foster a coaching culture - see something, say something.
- The GM will be over the center's Assistant General Manager (AGM), along with the rest of the coaching team, which consists of 6 - 10 part-time coaches.
- Continuously assess and evaluate coaches based on the KidStrong Coach DNA profile and class quality.
- Recruit, screen, interview, onboard, manage, train, and coaching candidates as needed to ensure center is staffed.
- Manage and support the ongoing professional development of staff through LearnUpon, our online education resource.
- Lead monthly center level staff meetings focused on - development, productivity, programming, and product.
- Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack and Email, including periodic checks of messages when not in center.
- Attend weekly leadership meetings.
- Coach students by delivering an evolving curriculum that focuses on Brain, Physical, and Character development for ages ranging from walking to 11 years-old approximately as required by business demands.
- Understand the “why” behind the KidStrong curriculum and be able to clearly and concisely communicate it.
- Demonstrate and manage the implementation of various programming and curriculum elements.
- Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lifting and repeatedly moving equipment up to 25 pounds in weight.
- Must be comfortable physically working with kids to ensure proper technique and ensure student safety.
- Approximately 5 - 10 coaching hours per week.
- An athletic and/or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old. A passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
- Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding a variety of topics.
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in management is required.

The Role
We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us to achieve our ambitious goals within the Spanish market. As an SDR, you must be a persevering and focused professional. Reporting to the SDR Manager, your focus will be feeding our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective TravelPerk customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join TravelPerk, be part of a fresh but seasoned A-players Sales Team, and be in a position with substantial professional development possibilities.

What you will do:
- Understand the travel technology landscape through industry research and competitive selling.
- Gain SaaS sales experience by working within our SMB and Enterprise segments to generate interest and qualify leads for our Sales Executives.
- Generate outbound activity, and run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers.
- Evaluate leads, and schedule product demonstrations between our Sales Executives and potential clients.
- Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that TravelPerk provides.
- Become a valued SaaS technology expert by learning about our partner landscape and advising on end-to-end software solutions along the value chain.
- Learn corporate selling strategies by running meetings and high-level conversations with C-level executives (Office Managers, CFO or Travel Managers) to explain the Travel Perk Value Proposition
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to understand all the moving parts of a successful startup company.
- Use Salesforce to generate and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
What you need:
- Native level of spoken and written Spanish is a must.
- Being a highly proficient English speaker is also a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both spoken and written.
- Ability to build great credibility over the phone with prospects.
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
- A goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance.
- Hungry and ambitious, yet ethical and sound.

- Customer-centric mindset.
- Proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads.
Bonus points for:
- Previous Business Development or sales experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar is also a plus

Desde CMV Consultores estamos buscando incorporar un perfil desarrollador/a Cloud con experiencia trabajando en la Java Virtual machine para un proyecto en colaboración con uno de nuestros principales clientes.
SE OFRECE:

Modalidad híbrida (2-3 días presenciales en oficinas del cliente)
SE REQUIERE
- 3 años mínimo de experiencia demostrable en desarrollo sobre la Java Virtual Machine (Java, Scala, Clojure, Kotlin, etc).
- Desarrollo en contextos de cloud computing, preferiblemente en Google Cloud.
- Familiaridad con Kubernetes desde el punto de vista de desarrollo, no de sistemas.
- Uso de bases de datos como PostgreSQL y sistemas de computación distribuida como Redis, Kafka o Google Pub Sub. Trabajo con APIs REST y o GraphQL.
- Inglés medio - alto.
