The OpportunityMercury is QuoIntelligence's Threat Intelligence platform: it processes over 2 billion signals, tracks 400+ threat actors, and delivers finished intelligence to security teams across financial services, energy, and government in Europe. You will join a four-person engineering team, working directly with the engineering lead on Mercury and Agent Karla, an AI-powered threat analyst that runs on the Mercury engine.
You will ship new features and pay down tech debt in the same week. The team treats clean, maintainable code as a prerequisite, not a nice-to-have. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship backend services in Python: REST APIs, web services, data processing. This is roughly 60% of your time. The APIs serve both internal teams and external clients, so performance and reliability matter.
- Build and maintain basic frontend features in React and TypeScript. You will work across the full stack, not just behind the API layer.
- Write and maintain tests at every level: unit, integration, end-to-end (Playwright or similar). Testing is a first-class concern, not an afterthought.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, code quality tooling, and static analysis. You will have direct influence over how the team ships code.
- Work with data: SQL queries, data modeling, domain modeling, and visualization. Mercury processes threat intelligence data; understanding how to query and present it well is part of the job.

Job Description:
Several positions of Hardware Design Engineer are now open in Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) for different Space business: Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites). In accordance with the proven Candidate skills, she/he will be part of Power, Analog or Digital team and will report/be supported by the relevant Skill Manager.
Functionally, the Candidate is also part of the Project, with the main mission of developing/designing electronic units for flight and ground equipment to achieve the unit delivery in accordance with project schedule, cost and quality requirements. In a day-to-day basis, she/he will report to Project Manager.
Within each project, the tasks are coordinated by a Technical Responsible in charge of direct reporting to the Project Manager.
The Engineer’s tasks comprise the complete development of an electronic equipment: from the analysis of the requirements to the final delivery of the flight model once accepted. The successful applicant will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Support to the Technical and Test Managers for the analysis of project requirements.
- Architecture analysis at electronic function or module level.
- Detailed electronics design based on electrical simulations at function level.
- Assure of the robustness of the design by means of: part stress analysis, worst case analysis, failure modes and criticality analysis, power budget analysis and Double Insulation requirements compliance.
- In case of fligth design, to support to Radiation Team to assure the design robustness within the radiation space environment including Single Events Effects (SEE).
- Documentation of the design.
- Laboratory and prototype testing.
- Assure the mechanical and thermal design robustness by supporting the Packaging Team.
- Support to PCB CAD team during the design of the PCB by the reviewing of the PCB layout.
- Board test procedures definition.
- Support to the Technical Manager in the main project reviews (Requirement Review, Preliminary and Architecture Review, Critical Design Review...)
- Characterization of the design.
- Support to Test Team for the acceptance of flight equipment, ensuring a close monitoring of any change, evolution or discrepancy from the agreed baseline in the characterization phase.
- Support to the Technical Manager in the resolution of boards NCRs (Non-conformance) raised during qualification or acceptance test campaign.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Educated to Master degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or science discipline.
- Proven experience in the development of any of the following functions: Power, Analog or Digital electronics.
- Proven experience using advanced laboratory instrumentation.
- Good knowledge of design methodologies for space application and tools (Mentor, LTSPice, Matlab, SIMetrix-SIMPLIS).
- Sound mathematical basis for its application to the electronic design analysis.
- English and Spanish must be at least mid-level, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a Junior Sales B2C to join our team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for assisting with the sales of our rental apartments and guest services in all themarkets. The role requires flexibility and someone highly oriented to team results, you see the wider picture and understand the impact of your position. You will play a key role to help ensure that we meet our occupancy and revenue goals as well as our customer satisfaction targets. We are a new start-up, so you'll be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.

The role
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our Growth Markets Sales team, driving revenue growth and building a high-performing team of Account Executives here in Barcelona. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our multi-product go-to-market strategy, developing top sales talent, and accelerating growth across key markets.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience scaling sales teams within SaaS, Spend Management, or Fintech companies. You’ll combine strong commercial acumen with people leadership to drive pipeline conversion, close high-value deals, and elevate team performance.

What will you be doing?
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team of 15–20 Mid-Market and SMB Account Executives and their Team Leads, driving consistent quota attainment while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive regional strategy and revenue growth, owning execution and iteration of the regional plan while supporting AEs through complex deal cycles across the full sales process — from discovery to negotiation and close.
- Build and scale multi-product sales playbooks, refining sales methodologies, qualification frameworks and deal strategies to consistently win mid-market customers.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting, maintaining accurate visibility in Salesforce and ensuring strong pipeline hygiene and predictable revenue performance.
- Coach complex sales execution, providing hands-on support in key opportunities and guiding teams through multi-stakeholder deals, procurement processes and consultative selling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, Product and Customer Success to ensure strong lead flow, clear positioning and smooth customer onboarding.
- Drive strategic market development, identifying growth opportunities across target industries and refining ICP and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead through change, supporting the team through evolving market conditions, product innovation and organisational growth while maintaining high engagement and performance.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, including leading and developing sales leaders.
- Experience in Spend Management, Fintech, Payments, Expense Management, or Procurement technology is highly desirable; experience selling to senior finance stakeholders is essential.
- Comfortable guiding teams to sell across cultures and regions, with awareness of different communication styles. Experience selling in Central & Eastern Europe, Italy, or Emerging Markets is a plus.
- Proven track record leading teams selling to mid-market organisations, managing complex buying cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience driving results in a multi-product sales environment, including upskilling teams to develop multi-product sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to coach AEs through complex deals, improving win rates and accelerating sales cycles. Strong analytical mindset, with experience using Salesforce and sales analytics to manage pipeline, forecasting, and team performance.
- Deep understanding of identifying customer pain points, positioning value, and closing high-impact deals.
- Leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and high performance, while supporting team growth and development.
