Role |
We are currently looking for a Junior Guest Operations focused on the quality assurance operations, based in Barcelona and fluent in Spanish and English. Your primary focus is to guarantee the seamless operation of the guest´s flow, from pre check-in to post check-out, verify the quality and cleanliness of apartments, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. You will help the team with the creation and optimization of guest flow procedures.
Responsibilities |
- Assist the sales team with some visits for the apartments for potential customers
- Manage the guest operations from check-in to check-out which includes resolution of guest requests and complaints
- Ensure the cleanliness and high quality condition of the apartments
- Conduct regular check-in inspections to ensure the apartments meet or exceed quality and cleanliness standards
- Manage the guests access to apartments; key management and keyless access codes and communicate these with GX team
- Check-In Instructions: Assist the GX team when requested on details about the apartment and building entrance instructions.
- Manage welcome kits and cleaning essentials inventory
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other teams to schedule tasks and ensure a timely turnaround between guest stays
- Replace all essential items and cleaning supplies in apartments in between guests
- Schedule and supervise the check-out cleaning of apartments
- Conduct check-out procedure
- Report and track the completion of maintenance and furniture replacement tasks that result from check-out
- Provide feedback to the design team about furniture quality
- Maintain oversight on expenditures and costs as an integral part of the guest operations responsibilities
- C1 Spanish level and C1 English level
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Organized, able to follow up processes and to deliver fast follow-up
- Comfortable in customer facing role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
At Talan we are looking for a Senior Java Developer.
The role is part of a broader Trade Finance Academy program of our biggest Spanish banking client where you´ll not only contribute to a high-impact project but also support and mentor junior developers-making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both hands-on coding and team development.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Málaga, Spain - relocation is mandatory
If you´re currently located elsewhere, Talan offers full assistance with work permits.
As a senior developer, the participant will be proactive, and his/her mission will be to interpret the requirements provided and to transcribe them into the processes or parameters needed to generate the technical components integrated in the solutions designed.
Job Responsibilities / Role
- Requirements analysis.
- Developments, testing and support tasks.
- Technical documentation elaboration.
- Learn and study about technical GTB - Trade solutions and facilities of work lines in which it´s involved and improve its knowledge.
- Collaborate with rest of internal team using a proactive style focusing in teamwork.
- Ability to work in an international environment, using English as its main language.
Qualifications
Main Skills Required (More than 5 year with experience in similar positions)
- Technical skills in relational database and Java: Spring boot, Spring Batch,Spring Cloud Stream
- APIs, Microservices, Kafka
- Public Cloud (preferred AWS).
- Unit testing expertise (TDD)
- Basic knowledge of GTB products (supply chain finance, distribution, payments, accounting, regulatory reporting, Capital, Risk, ...).
- Fluent English (C1).
- Desirable Spanish knowledge.
Other Skills:
- Knowledge and/or experience in GTB Projects or at least in banking/financial industry.
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies & tools (Jira, Confluence, ...)
- Familiar with Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Sonar, ...
- Familiar with Unix, BI tools and Control-M
- Familiar with Reactive Programming
