buscamos un Senior DevOps con al menos 2 años de experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en el área de Tráfico Aéreo.
Responsabilidades:
Administración y despliegue en entornos Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift.Gestión de clusters (charts, pods, sts, pvc, hpa, etc.).
Uso de Helm para automatización de despliegues.Automatización con bash y administración de sistemas Linux.Integración con Git y manejo de brokers/protocolos de mensajería (AMQP, MQTT).
Consumo e implementación de API REST.
Colaboración con el equipo en entornos Agile para garantizar la calidad y disponibilidad de los sistemas.
Requisitos imprescindibles:

Buscamos un “Analista de Datos y Automatización de Flujos Operativos” para formar parte del equipo de “Transformación y Automatización de Flujos Operativos” en la Dirección de Transformación de Operaciones. Este rol será clave en la explotación, análisis y modelado de datos para la optimización y automatización de los flujos operativos, asegurando que las decisiones estratégicas estén basadas en información fiable y relevante.
El candidato ideal deberá tener conocimiento en análisis de datos, modelado de flujos, conocimiento de negocio bancarios y automatización de operaciones. Su función será comprender, validar y monitorizar los flujos operativos basados en datos, evaluar e implementar métricas de rendimiento (KPIs) y contribuir a la mejora continua mediante analítica avanzada.
Responsabilidades Principales
Explotación y Modelado de Datos:
Definir y estructurar flujos de información para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
Diseñar y mantener datos que permitan evaluar el rendimiento de los Flujos automatizados.
Asegurar la calidad, integridad y gobernanza de los datos utilizados en la automatización de flujos operativos.
Análisis De Flujos y Optimización
Apoyar en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los flujos de trabajo mediante técnicas de análisis de Flujos y minería de Flujos (Process Mining).
Implementar herramientas de reporting y cuadros de mando que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Evaluar el impacto de las iniciativas de automatización con métricas cuantificables.
Automatización y Soporte en la Implementación de Soluciones:
Apoyar en la configuración de herramientas de orquestación de Flujos y automatización.
Integrar datos de diversas fuentes para mejorar la contextualización y toma de decisiones en tiempo real.
Coordinación con equipos de desarrollo en la implementación de soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial y RPA.
Gestión De Información y Reporting
Gestión y diseño funcional de de informes y visualizaciones avanzadas con herramientas como Qlik Sense y Looker.
Diseñar análisis avanzados para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
Asegurar la democratización del acceso a los datos y la generación de insights accionables.
Requisitos mínimos
Habilidades Funcionales
Entendimiento funcional de las tareas y Flujos, identificando oportunidades de optimización, alineadas con los objetivos de negocio, su impacto y la experiencia del usuario.
Experiencia en análisis de datos y optimización de flujos operativos, con habilidad para interpretar flujos de trabajo y traducir requerimientos funcionales en soluciones analíticas.
Conocimientos sólidos en definición de KPIs, dashboards y reporting para la toma de decisiones en tiempo real.
Capacidad de identificar patrones y tendencias en grandes volúmenes de datos para impulsar mejoras operativas.
Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban), documentación y modelado de Flujos.
Habilidades Tecnológicas
Conocimiento de arquitecturas bancarias (valorable el conocimiento de la arquitectura CaixaBank) y su relación con la automatización de Flujos.
Conocimiento en herramientas de minería de Flujos (Process Mining) y análisis avanzado de Flujos.

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic laboratory at the Parc Científic de Barcelona. In this role, you will be an integral part of our daily laboratory operations, focusing on sample preparation and the execution of innovative sequencing protocols. You will thrive in our highly collaborative and international work environment, playing a crucial role in our mission to pioneer the future of immune health.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of production samples
- Isolate cells from blood and other tissues to prepare cell suspensions
- Perform nucleic acid isolation procedures and quality control (QC) analyses
- Work safely and effectively in a Biosafety Level 2 (BSL2) environment
- Prepare libraries and perform next-generation sequencing
- Coordinate the submission of sequencing libraries and manage laboratory stocks
- Maintain detailed and accurate records and reports using our electronic lab management system (LIMS)
- Track and maintain an accurate inventory of reagents, consumables, and supplies
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and ensure the functionality of lab equipment
- Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific literature to support our evolving protocols
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in biomedical or biological sciences, a Higher National Diploma (FP2), or an equivalent qualification demonstrating competence in molecular biology
- You have extensive experience in molecular and cell biology techniques, including PBMC isolation, nucleic acid isolation, PCR, and related methods
- You have significant experience working in a BSL2 environment and demonstrated expertise in human cell sample processing and biobanking
- You are proficient in nucleic acid isolation and quality control, and have experience with next-generation sequencing library preparation
- You have a strong foundation in biology, molecular biology, genetics, and immunology
- You have a working knowledge of sequencing technologies and their applications

Your role:
We’re looking for an Electronics Engineer to design and develop the hardware that powers our robots. You’ll work on PCB design, embedded systems, and circuit development, collaborating closely with mechanical and software teams to ensure everything runs reliably in real-world environments.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Solid foundation in circuit design, debugging, and embedded systems (e.g. STM32, ESP32).
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g. Altium, KiCad).
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Barcelona.
- Nice to have: experience with power electronics, signal conditioning, sensor integration, or participation in projects like Formula Student, robotics competitions, or personal innovations.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PCBs and electronic circuits for robotic systems.

- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and build trusted relationships across business and technical teams.

- Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering measurable value.
