De acuerdo con nuestro plan estratégico y nuestro desarrollo, buscamos para nuestro equipo del mercado Industria un/a SENIOR Key Account Manager.
Buscamos profesional con al menos 5-10 años de experiencia en el área de ventas en el sector TIC y en concreto en la venta y gestión de clientes del sector Banca, imprescincible experiencia con rol de Manager Desarrollo de negocio de soluciones/ servicios tecnológicos.
¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Detectar y gestionar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
- Establecer relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes y partners
- Identificar, proponer y ayudar a diseñar soluciones de negocio para nuestros clientes
- Liderar la elaboración y presentación de propuestas
- Establecer y mantener, junto con la dirección del mercado, un plan de cuentas robusto
- Visión global de las cuentas en las que trabaje
¿Qué es necesario?
- Profesional con mínimo 5 años de experiencia en área de ventas en el sector TIC
- Experiencia real en venta y gestión de cuentas del sector Banca.
- Conocimiento del sector.

Su misión será aumentar las oportunidades de negocio con las siguientes funciones:
Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas de software, dentro del entorno Microsoft y Dynamics 365, principalmente Business Central, Dynamics Sales, Power BI y Microsoft 365.
Gestión de todo el ciclo de venta: prospección, presentación de propuestas, negociación, cierre de acuerdos y proveer de soporte postventa y de un seguimiento continuo a los clientes, para asegurar la correcta implementación y uso de los sistemas.
Mantenimiento y desarrollo de relaciones comerciales con clientes, ofreciendo soluciones adaptadas a sus necesidades.
Colaboración con el equipo técnico para garantizar la viabilidad de las soluciones presentadas y una experiencia de cliente de alta calidad.
Análisis del mercado y de la competencia para identificar nuevas tendencias y oportunidades.
Elaboración de informes comerciales y realización del seguimiento de los objetivos de ventas.
Requisitos mínimos Experiencia contrastada en puesto similar (venta de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central o NAV, Sales o Customer Engagement, Power BI, Microsoft 365, etc.
), al menos, de 4-5 años.

Job Description (ENGLISH CV PLEASE):
This position is responsible for the management of a portfolio of key sellers in the Home and sports industry composed of the main retailers and distributors in the market already on the platform, including the responsibility of GMV growth, negotiation at the C-level of the strategic plan, the definition of the growth strategy, and execution, and guidance to grow in the platform
- Business development capability to convince relevant retailers and distributors to cooperate with Alibaba in a win-win relationship and own the sales performance of a set of sellers in his book of business.
- Negotiating with key sellers and promoting the relevant local selection, negotiating price advantage, and ensuring that the business goals are achieved.
- Prioritize seller growth based on market opportunity, product mix, and price advantage.
- Understand the main distributors in Spain for the home and sports industry. And understand key insights of market demand to drive sales with multicategory sellers.
- Commodity operation: analyze the user's demand for commodities, enrich the market supply, and formulate the annual product promotion rhythm according to the season and life cycle of commodities. Exploit the seasonality of certain categories through seller operations.
- Maintains a good relationship with the key account in his portfolio with positive feedback loops.
- Seller operations: provide key sellers guidance within Alibaba platform operations, usage of marketing tools, and advertising solutions, amongst others. Bring strong relationships; be a trusted advisor and the single point of contact.
- Negotiation of product and price based on market demand
- Systematic understanding of new business opportunities and implementation with sellers
- Seller operations capability with an understanding of service metrics, content metrics, and marketplace dynamics
- Understanding of the margin chain in the industry, pricing, and trends.
- Analytical thinking capability for data handling and application to solve problems, with independent thinking.
- Technical guidance; high-level understanding of main integration method between seller ERP systems and marketplace (API, middleware, CMS modules, etc.)
- Methodology development: comprehensive analysis basic on multi-dimensional data systems, to make business choices to deliver KPI.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time undergraduate degree or above, with plus 1 year as KAM in a marketplace or distributor/retailer/brand managing marketplace business. Is a must to have experience in seller operation experience and platform operation experience, familiar with distributors, retailers, brands, and business models, and familiar with e-commerce platform operations
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish are a must.
- Horizontal projects leadership capability.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Strong ability in data processing and analysis, Excel proficiency.
