Main Responsibilities
- Level-Specific Responsibilities (Lead)

- Serve as DRC’s primary point of contact for Digital / Business solution owners and teams
- Manage extended team (CyberSecurity, Data Privacy, AI…) interactions with Digital / Business solution owners and teams, engaging subject matter resources where needed
- Orchestrate risk management & compliance with extended team support to create a cohesive customer experience
- Risk Advisory
- Proactively engage Digital solution teams to understand their solution roadmaps and upcoming priorities
- Provide end to end solution lifecycle (SLC) support and guidance to Digital / Business solution owners and teams, including during risk profile execution, control implementation, and risk management / action planning, and across risk & compliance domains
- Advise on and support the effective risk and compliance management of third parties, including SaaS / cloud suppliers
- Closely manage the engagement lifecycle from intake through completion, prioritizing actions based on risk and urgency
- Audit, Inspection & Assurance Support
- Provide support and guidance to Digital / Business solution owners and teams during audit, inspection, and assurance activities (periodic reviews, internal control & SOX campaigns, third party assessments & contractual clauses, risk monitoring)
- Provide post-audit/assurance support for action planning
- Training & Education
- Deliver formal training sessions (online/in-person, where applicable only) or use advisory methodologies (on-the-job assistance) to educate Digital & Business teams on risk domains and risk control activities
- Participate in risk domain communities of practice to drive knowledge-sharing and cross-training on domain-specific topics
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to further enable Digital self-service and to scale & optimize SLC and controls; work with DRC process leads to drive changes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the digital risk & compliance policies, processes, & frameworks by sharing feedback from Digital and the Business with the DRC team
- Experience: Quality Management, Computerized Systems compliance (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy, Cyber), or Information Technology contributing to regulated projects or system lifecycle activities
- Soft and technical skills: Hands on knowledge of IT lifecycle approaches (including Agile practices); experience in systems validation and required controls to mitigate risks to compliance; Understanding of relevant life sciences IT risk domains and controls (e.g., GxP, Privacy, Cyber Security, SOX); Ability to identify and act on next wave of regulatory compliance risks (e.g., data science, AI, ML) Stakeholder relationship management (strong interpersonal skills)

Within the Supply Chain function sit our Planning teams. With a population of over 300 people these teams are a competitor leading, purpose built Global Hub, covering a multitude of Planning areas where we share best practice in a centralized and standard way to deliver industry leading service at best cost and the right level of inventory.
Our Global Supply Planning team is an important part of Coty’s business. Sitting within the Planning zone of the Supply Chain function the team are responsible for ensuring our products are made and delivered to the right distribution centres, on time and in full. This is achieved by delivering the best balance of service, inventory, cost and sustainability, that delivers the Company’s revenue and cashflow objectives.
THE ROLE
The Planner executes daily operational activities across the following areas within Supply Planning:
- Material Supply Planning MSP: Working with Suppliers to ensure materials availability for site production, materials supply risk resolution and escalation, and materials inventory optimization.
- Material Supply Management MSM: Working with suppliers and procurement function to drive supplier capability and agility, long terms capacity planning and business continuity planning.
- Master Production Scheduling MPS: Working with plants on finished goods planning and scheduling, production capacity and volume control, and finished goods inventory optimization.
- New Product Development Planning NPD: Initiatives capacity assessment, Initiatives planning and coordination, PIPO Management. Risk Management and prioritization, initiatives execution and delivery at market level. Support and input to Supply Network Design projects.
- Distribution Requirements Planning DRP: Working with supply planning functions to ensure finished goods deployment and availability at the distribution centers, balancing service, cash, cost, and sustainability. Risk management and prioritization for base business and launches. Leading and driving communication with Market regarding supply availability.
- Category Supply Planning - Deliver annual glide paths and action plans to deliver the corporate objectives for continuous improvement in Inventory and Fill Rate. Inventory management and performance, planning operating strategy definition and optimization, AOP and Production volumes coordination, and product discontinuation coordination and optimization.
- Planning Capabilities: System expertise including training and development, system enhancement, planning SPOC for cross functional projects, establishing planning standards and system usage adherence.

¿Qué tendré que hacer?
- Recoger de las áreas de servicio: loza, cristalería, plaqué y los distintos utensilios de preparación de los alimentos y procede a su limpieza, utilizando los detergentes y cumpliendo con los procedimientos de limpieza adecuados y almacenándolos en los lugares asignados para ser usados nuevamente.

The Opella Procurement Indirect Team is part of the global Procurement. The Team covers a diverse area of categories considered as indirect spend, such as Digital, Medical & Scientific, Professional Services and Supply Chain. We are looking for a Global Lead Buyer for the Digital Category, specifically software.
Main Responsibilities
Strategy
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for product families based on market intelligence.
- Create a multi-year roadmap to deliver savings and value for brands.
- Ensure procurement excellence in TCO, sustainability, innovation, supply continuity, and quality.
- Engage with business partners at appropriate levels.
- Organize biddings, negotiate prices, and establish contracts.
- Address digital projects and supplier issues.
- Drive new market opportunities and sustainable components.
- Manage supplier relationships and optimize supplier base.
- Improve payment terms to optimize working capital and cash flow.
- Collaborate with digital teams to ensure effective interface and execution.
- Communicate within the procurement community to act as one.
- Facilitate business interactions to drive initiatives and strategies.
- Partner with other departments like finance, digital, and legal.
- Experience: experience in Procurement or Project Management in relationship with Suppliers. Experience Managing Procurement for Digital is a must and specifically Software highly valuable.
- Soft skills: Leadership skills and experience with proven track record in building and leading cross functional teams / Effective communication skills (oral & written) / Strongly continuous improvement oriented
- Technical skills: Negotiation skills / Ability to understand the products, the supplier and product processes / Business acumen and strategic thinking / Understanding in Cost management, budgeting and controlling.
