Misión del Puesto
Te vas a encargar de asegurar una correcta gestión principalmente en el ámbito de las operaciones de facturación, cuentas por cobrar y existencias.
¿De qué responsabilidades y tareas te vas a encargar?
- Gestión de almacén: supervisar las operaciones de recepción, almacenamiento, reposición, preparación de pedidos y expedición.
- Gestión de facturación: emisión, control y seguimiento de facturación.
- Gestión de deuda: control periódico de la deuda pendiente de pago. Preparación de forecast y seguimiento al cobro.
- Gestión de proveedores: control de la facturación recibida y preparación de remesas en banco.
- Soporte en tareas de cierre contable: reconciliación de saldos y preparación de informes internos.
- Soporte en la presentación de impuestos: colaboración y coordinación con nuestro equipo corporativo financiero.
- Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en funciones descritas.
- Dominio herramientas ofimáticas (nivel avanzado Excel).
- Valorable experiencia con ERP (Navision/ Business Central).
- Valorable conocimientos en contabilidad.
- Capacidad organizativa.
- Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad de gestión del tiempo.
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas e incidencias.
- Contrato indefinido.
- Horario de oficina con flexibilidad en la entrada y salida.

The Senior Sales Manager of Industrial Sales for Europe will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, identifying opportunities for growth and driving success with existing customers. This person will be leading pipeline growth and diversification.
What You Will Do
- Lead and evaluate activities and performance of sales managers in Europe.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans within the region for driving aggressive and sustainable growth.
- Identify and develop strategies to penetrate target accounts/markets and drive customer diversification to improve Molex industrial presence in the region and across all regional sales channels (incl distribution sales).
- Responsible for overall recruitment and selection of field sales personnel and ensure proper training and staffing levels.
- Retain and develop talent through coaching and engagement activities.
- Maintain effective communication with the team and communicate strategies, goals, and actively provide feedback.
- Interface with all levels of management to engage on pricing and terms negotiations and to resolve business challenges as they may come.
- Expertise in Industrial Automation and/or the industrial technology sector (software or hardware)
- Proven experience leading a sales organization
- Experience as leader driving strategy and team facilitation
- Experience with financial, cost, pricing and analytical skills
- Humble, confident leader with growth mindset
- Demonstrable business acumen and commercial proficiency
