The ideal candidate must have great interpersonal and organizational skills and, while not mandatory, we prefer candidates to have prior knowledge about maintenance operations in areas such as technical assistance and facility management.
Experience With Maintenance And CRM Software Is Also Valued.
What will you do?
- Manage your customer portfolio
- Partner with customers, taking ownership right after they are active
- Become a trusted advisor to our customers by understanding strategic requirements and implementing solutions
- Ensure maximum satisfaction and success of customers in your portfolio
- Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collect feedback on the product and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in Product Management with feature design, user experience, and road mapping
- Occasionally support sales teams with technical demos.
- Native or fully professional Spanish
- Good level of English
- Good level of French
- Passion for teaching, and a positive attitude toward issues and challenges
- Energy and enthusiasm for working with customers
- Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality
- Availability to occasionally travel across the country and abroad
- Experience using CRM and Cloud software
- Prior knowledge of Technical Assistance, Facility Management, or Hospitality operations is preferred, but not a requirement
- Experience using maintenance management software is preferred, but not a requirement
- Experience with software implementation is highly valued
- Training in Project Management (is a plus)
- Keep learning: constantly acquire new skills and don’t be afraid of trying something new
- Contributor with insights from interaction with customers to help refine technical requirements.

We seek an ambitious and high-performing Sales Development Representative to help us implement and iterate a scalable sales strategy to attract, qualify, and acquire new customers in the Spanish market.
As the first person to interact with our inbound leads, you’ll need to make an amazing first impression, gain a deep understanding of their challenges and educate them on our platform.
The ideal candidate has prior sales development experience and is comfortable maintaining insightful conversations either by phone or email. Hubspot experience is advantageous.
What will you do?
- Qualify potential customers to maintain a funnel of active leads (inbound)
- Articulate our value proposition, face objections and build trust through phone and email
- Record relevant prospect information to keep our CRM database clean and updated
- Build and develop relationships with prospects across several accounts
- Use our CRM and other sales development tools as a Ninja.
- Prior experience in Sales Development or Customer Success (within a tech/SaaS environment is a plus)
- Comfortable spending a big part of the time maintaining insightful conversations over phone/email and following up on open opportunities
- Ability to overcome objections and build successful relationships
- Comfortable with CRM and web-based demo software
- Charisma, ambition, and strong interpersonal skills
- Keep learning: constantly acquire new skills and don’t be afraid of trying something new
- Be a team member

- Fluent in English level.
