As procurement specialist you will be responsible for finding goods and services for InPost Iberia at the best value regarding quality and price. Your underlying duty will be meeting budget constraint to increase profitability and to help us keep growing.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Implementing purchasing strategies. Sourcing for global sourcing strategies, leveraging industry best practices, commodity experience, sourcing methodology and global partnerships
- Ensuring that all purchases adhere to Procurement Policy.
- Managing supplier relationships; tracks supplier performance, supply/availability, pricing, and quality
- Auditing all ongoing purchases in the company to identify potential savings and contribute to the EBITDA objectives (starting with largest purchases).
- Benchmarking current suppliers with better market alternatives, group suppliers or creative solutions, testing new purchases and making them a reality.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests.
- Maintains strong internal stakeholder relationships through follow up and communication regarding material arrival issues arising in the supply chain
- Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company.
- Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Proactively resolves issues (i.e., material shortages, quality issues, etc.) with vendors and internal customers using organizational savvy and critical thinking skills.
- Negotiates contracts with key suppliers, provides supplier evaluations, and proposes alternative solutions.
- Creates and tracks all purchase orders and contracts.
- Anticipates and plans for inventory needs and ensures timely arrivals.
- Seeks to reduce dependency on single-source suppliers through contracts and strategic partnerships.
Well, what will the requirements be?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Great organizational, planning skills, excellent networking and time management skills.
- The ability to identify market trends and make decisions.
- The ability to follow client specifications.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis and negotiation.

As an Expansion Administrative, you will be the person in charge of providing follow-up and assistance to the assigned agencies, also support in the process and development of new openings. You will also participating in tenders for the location of new partners and will have constant contact with suppliers. This will be an extremely analytical position, which will require your daily involvement, but we also need you to feel comfortable getting involved in the operational side, and logistics and distribution have had been an important part of your professional background.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
• Ensuring the correct functioning of the agency in the event of possible incidents.
• Checking delivery notes, stocktakes and agency costs.
• Periodic trips to the agencies for audits.
• Control of processes and training of new staff.
• Opening of new agencies.
• Checking that the daily processes are carried out correctly.
• Daily communication and contact with the agencies.
• Transport control (hiring of extra vans for inter-agency liaison).
• Control and verification of the monthly invoicing of the agencies.
• General management of possible incidents with the agency and intermediary support with other affected departments (Customer Experience, operations, etc.).
• File management and preparation for openings.
• Implementation and computerised creation of routes and new agencies.
Well, what will the requirements be?
• Very analytical person, capable of methodically measuring of the performance of different agencies
• Habit to working as a team and with a multidisciplinary profile
• Negotiation skills and/or commercial management
• Knowledgest and backgroung on logistics, specifically Last Mile
• Availability to travel often
• Communication skills
• Autonomus and proactive person
• Able to thrive in dynamics environments and enjoy achieving ambitious goals
• Advances skills ok Microsoft Office, knowledgest on PowerBI and familiar with management software as CMR, ERP
• Basic IT skills to resolve possible incidents
• Lean methodologies fanatic!
• English languages level to be able to work
