Las sesiones de DJ y la música en vivo realzan la atmósfera animada desde el ritual del atardecer hasta altas horas de la noche.

Pershing Yacht Terrace - Este lugar único se caracteriza por su estilo italiano deportivo, elegante y sofisticado, resultado de la exclusiva colaboración entre 7Pines y Pershing Yachts. El trabajo de Outlet Manager se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

• Se crea una experiencia única para los clientes dentro del concepto único del outlet asignado.
• Se consigue la mayor eficacia y satisfacción de los clientes a través de la buena gestión del equipo de servicio y en cooperación con el equipo de Culinary.
• Se mantiene una alta calidad de producto y servicio en el outlet.
• Se fomentan las ventas y se maximiza la satisfacción de los clientes con la oferta de nuevos productos.
• Se cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).
• Se siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
• El personal está motivado y totalmente formado en todas sus funciones y responsabilidades.
• Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.
  
  
  

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen:

Proporcionar un servicio profesional y asegurarse de que todos los empleados del outlet sigan el ejemplo a través de la formación del equipo y el seguimiento de los estándares de 7Pines. Control y gestión de tareas administrativas derivadas del puesto tales como control de stock y pedidos en el outlet, gestión de horarios etc. Conocer los servicios y productos ofrecidos y fomentar las ventas. Atender las consultas y sugerencias de los clientes de manera cortés e informar de ellas asegurándose de que se realiza el seguimiento correcto al cliente. Gestionar la prestación de servicios para garantizar un servicio excelente desde la entrada del cliente hasta la despedida (por ejemplo, el saludo de la Hostess, la rapidez en la toma de pedidos y la entrega de alimentos y bebidas, el cumplimiento de las peticiones especiales, el cobro, invitación a volver etc).

The job of Outlet Manager is successfully executed when:

• A unique customer experience is created within the unique outlet concept asigned.
• The highest efficiency and customer satisfaction is achieved through good management of the service team and in cooperation with the Culinary team.

The role is successfully executed when:

Typical responsibilities of the position include: providing professional service and ensuring that all outlet employees follow suit through team training and following 7Pines standards. Control and management of administrative tasks derived from the position such as stock control and ordering in the outlet, schedule management etc. Know the services and products offered and promote sales. To deal with customer queries and suggestions in a courteous manner and report them ensuring that the correct follow-up is given to the customer. Manage service delivery to ensure excellent service from customer check-in to check-out (e.g. greeting of Hostess, prompt order taking and delivery of food and beverages, fulfillment of special requests, charging, invitation to return etc).
