What You Will Do

  • Manage the release planning extended at the Transformation level across five key pillars: ERP, PLM, Digital Workplace, Industrial Metaverse, and Data Centric.
  • Upskill team members from CIO level to Operational Project Managers and team members.
  • Conduct risk and opportunity assessments, setting and implementing action plans.
  • Coordinate and support Project Leads, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and standardize IS/IT processes and reporting in collaboration with the Performance and Contract Management Department.
  • Facilitate the deployment and management of interdependencies across various transformation programs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proficiency in English (oral and written); Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, SAFe, or other cross-project management methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex, multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environments.
  • Proven track record in monitoring transformation programs, especially in the context of carve-outs and M&A.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain project dependencies clearly
